We talked about the glamorization of OVERworking in college, but how has that translated to our adult jobs? In this week's episode, we talk about how over-working shouldn't be expected. Going "above and beyond" should not be the standard, so why are we so hard on ourselves?

College can be SO much fun!  But it's not always sunshine and rainbows. Half the battle is balancing out your life and figuring out what that looks like for YOU. For the first time (maybe in your entire life) you're running the game. So, what does that look like? Prioritizing what's important to YOU- it probably looks different than your friend/boyfriend/parent/sibling's priorities.

We saw a TikTok trend where all the incoming college students are noOoOot adjusting well- y'all good? Going to college is ALWAYS an adjustment (tbh i can't even imagine doing school while in a panini).  In this week's episode, we talk about our first semesters at college- going to community college, commuting to school, or moving into a 4-year college.

Ah the "talking" stage of dating is definitely something our generation just randomly created. As if dating isn't hard enough, let's add a pre-relationship and pre-dating stage to it to make it more complicated! Happy Pride Month everyone!! Jess is part of the LGBTQIA+ community and was able to share some of her experiences in this episode.
