In this episode I was sent a letter from a friend of mine that I met on the app, TikTok name Ty Watson (username on TikTok is @the_doc_ )  who is a military veteran and served his country and was forced to leave the military due to regular turnover.  He discussed with us, his thoughts, his feelings in a letter and showed what many are afraid to show, vulnerability.

Thank you Ty for sharing this story and really digging into some important discussion points we should be having with anyone about mental health and depression.  It meant the world to me.
