Join me as we delve into what it really means to “have it all” without burning out, abandoning yourself, or believing that one area of your life has to suffer in order for another area to thrive.
So many women have been conditioned to believe that success requires sacrifice…so if your business or career is thriving, your marriage, friendships, health, or joy have to take the back seat. But what if that isn’t actually true?
In this episode, we look at life through a holistic lens and explore how every area of your life is interconnected. You are not compartmentalized. Your relationships, work, health, finances, friendships, family, and inner world all impact one another - the same way a fight with your partner follows you into work or a stressful day at work follows you home to your family.
Using the metaphor of the garden, this episode will help you see where you may be over-watering one area of your life while neglecting another, because just like a real garden, every part of your life needs nourishment in order for the whole thing to flourish.
We also get into the law of reflections, including how the whack-a-mole of constant problems in my biz was actually pointing to areas of my life I’d been neglecting. If your boss is treating you poorly or a friend keeps flaking, you’ll learn how to look for where that same pattern shows up in another area of your life.
You’ll also be guided through a simple life audit to help you notice where you’re currently feeling nourished, where you may be self-abandoning, and what small actions can help you begin creating more balance, wholeness, and fulfillment. There are eight areas in total, so after the episode, you can finish the audit on your own with spiritual, passion/hobby, and mental.
Inside this episode, we explore:
REMINDER: You get to have it all, and it does NOT have to come at the expense of yourself.
Hope you enjoy the episode, and as you listen, notice where you’ve allowed one area of your life to suffer because another area has been going well.

What if someone else seeing things differently didn't mean you were wrong?
Just because someone sees something differently, doesn’t mean you’re wrong.
In this episode, we discuss multiple truths, why we worry so much about what people think, and how learning to hold nuance can help you release black and white thinking and return to your own self-trust.
Most people are conditioned to seek outside approval…craving validation from others, we want people to agree with us, understand us, and recognize our truth as true, because that helps our nervous system feel safe. But when we need other people to agree with us in order to feel okay, we inevitably shrink our voice and allow outside opinions to dictate every aspect of our lives.
In this episode, we explore:
→ Why the mind clings to one truth for certainty, belonging, and identity
→ How the universal laws of polarity, opposing forces, and both mean there will always be more than one side
→ Why social media algorithms feed each side a different story, plus a simple tip for seeing beyond your own feed
→ How multiple truths show up in friendships, text messages, parenting choices, money, business decisions, and the way we judge ourselves
→ Why outgrowing people from a previous stage of life makes room for the ones who love who you're becoming
→ Questions to ask yourself when you feel judged, misunderstood, or rejected
You’ll learn how to consider someone else's perspective without making it more important than your own, and how to hold your truth without needing everyone to agree.
This episode is an invitation to step outside the black and white opinions, soften your guard and stay with yourself in the gray, even when someone else doesn't come around.
You get to have your truth. They get to have theirs.
And from your truth, you get to decide how you want to show up, speak, relate, and move through the world.

Have you ever experienced an epic expansion, a huge breakthrough, been on a vacation, an event, a new opportunity, a brave conversation, a price increase, or a moment where you felt so alive in the moment, only to suddenly feel doubt, fear, shame, exhaustion, or the urge to retreat?
In this episode of That's So Nourishing, we're exploring the expansion and contraction cycle, the natural rhythm that shows up in times of growth, in the nervous system, and in nearly every area of life.
A contraction after expansion doesn't mean you're going backwards, that the expansion wasn't real, or that something is wrong with you. Often, the contraction is the very thing helping you integrate the expansion and become the person who can actually hold the next level of your life.
We'll talk about how contractions show up, why they happen, and how to relate to them differently so they don't derail you. You'll learn how to prepare for contraction, meet it with compassion, and use it as a guidepost toward the life, business, relationships, and version of yourself you are becoming.
In this episode, we explore:
→ Why contraction often follows expansion
→ How the nervous system responds to growth and change
→ Why contraction doesn’t mean you are going backwards
→ How to stop identifying with the contraction
→ The importance of naming and validating what is happening
→ How to prepare for the contraction before it arrives
→ Why you should not make major decisions from a contracted state
→ How contraction can show you what parts of you need to be met
→ How to build capacity to hold your next level
→ The natural rhythm of expansion, contraction, integration, and growth
When you can see contraction as part of the expansion, you can stop shaming yourself for it and start working with it. You can meet the parts of you that are scared, gripping, or unsure, and bring them with you into the next version of your life.
Your contraction is not canceling your expansion. It is helping you integrate it.

In this intuitive and nourishing episode, we're doing something a little different. This is a channeled, heart-led practice for the woman who knows she’s meant for more aliveness and truth, but feels something holding her back.
Whether it's fear or the comfort of staying where you are, this episode will guide you into noticing the patterns that are keeping you stuck and help you connect with the version of you who is ready to fully claim her life.
Through this embodiment practice, you'll be invited to explore the stories you've been carrying, feel into the woman you desire to become, and anchor that version of you into your body and your everyday choices.
This episode is a reminder that you don't have to keep abandoning yourself for comfort. You get to take up space, speak the truth, set the boundary, and go after what YOU want, while becoming the woman who leads herself from possibility and deep self-trust.
In this episode, we explore:
→ Why you may be holding yourself back from the life you want
→ How limiting beliefs and old stories live in the body
→ A guided embodiment practice to connect with your higher self
→ How to shift your state and anchor into possibility
→ The cost of self-abandonment and not going after your desires
→ How to move through fear, contraction, and resistance
→ Why claiming this version of you happens one micro-commitment at a time
→ How to rewire your nervous system to feel safer in your next-level self
→ Becoming the woman who says the thing, sets the boundary, and claims her desires
Let this episode be a practice you return to whenever you need a lil nudge to remember who you are and what is possible when you lead from your most embodied, empowered self.
If this episode resonated with you, send me a DM, I'd love to hear what came through for you as you tried on this practice.

There’s no question we’re all technically alive, but how many of us ever stop and ask whether we're actually feeling any of it?
In this episode, I'm getting into what aliveness actually means, the everyday moments that quietly block it, and how you can start feeling more of your own life again.
For the past 15 months, I've stepped back from my business to be fully present with my son, and while it's been one of the most beautiful seasons of my life, it’s also been one of the hardest. I kept waiting for that happily-ever-after bliss, and when I didn't feel it, I started judging myself for it. I'm starting to think happiness was never the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, and feeling fully alive was the actual goal I was after all along.
That idea only got clearer for me after a recent business conference, where getting placed on the sales team reminded me how much I love selling, a part of myself I didn't even realize I'd shut down. At that same event, I heard two speaker stories that stopped me in my tracks and reframed how I think about taking life for granted.
The rest of this episode gets into the everyday ways we unknowingly shut down parts of ourselves, and what it actually takes to let more aliveness back in.
We cover:
→ Why chasing happiness can keep you from fully experiencing your own life
→ What happened when I stopped suppressing a part of myself, and how you might recognize the same pattern in your own life
→ Two stories from the conference that changed how I think about taking life for granted
→ How our survival patterns can keep us from feeling and expressing who we really are
→ Simple ways to feel more alive in your everyday life, without needing to change your entire life
To me, feeling alive means letting yourself feel and experience whatever life throws at you, the good moments and the hard ones alike.

Your triggers aren't a sign that something is wrong with you. They're actually a doorway into deeper self-awareness, healing, and freedom.
In this episode, we're talking about how to work through emotional triggers in a way that helps you respond instead of react. When we learn how to pause, regulate, and get curious, our triggers become powerful messengers, showing us where we're still operating from old wounds, protection patterns, limiting beliefs, or unmet needs.
In this episode, we cover:
→ Why triggers aren't bad, and how they support your growth
→ How old wounds, protection patterns, and beliefs shape your reactions
→ Why your first emotion often isn't the real feeling underneath
→ The difference between deep-rooted triggers and state-based triggers
→ How to validate the part of you that feels activated
→ A step-by-step process to pause, regulate, reflect, and respond
The invitation this week is to lean in. Next time a trigger comes up, pause and ask, “what is this showing me, what do I actually need, what is the lesson here?” When you make this reframe, you stop leaking so much energy and start returning to your power faster.

In this episode, we're diving into the simple, yet powerful questions you can ask yourself whenever you feel stuck, triggered, overwhelmed, or caught in a spiral.
These questions are designed to help you pause, come back to yourself, and choose how you want to move through life instead of reacting from old triggered patterns, fear, or limiting beliefs.
You’ll learn how to become the detective of your own life by questioning the meaning you're making, noticing where you're giving your power away, and reconnecting with what YOU actually want.
We explore questions like:
→ What am I making this mean?
→ Is this actually true?
→ Where am I giving my power away?
→ What do I actually want?
→ Who do I want to be today?
→ Who am I being right now?
→ What would the version of me who already has this do today?
→ What would my 80-year-old self think of this?
These are just a few of the fifteen total questions you’ll find in this episode - that’ll help you shift out of old stories, survival patterns, people-pleasing, overthinking, self-doubt, and into more agency, clarity, self-trust, and personal power.
This episode is an invitation to slow down, get curious, and start choosing who you want to be in each moment. Because when you ask better questions, you open up new possibilities for how you relate to yourself, your life, and what you're here to create.

Ooooof. This one's a gut check.
This is part three of the “Wants" series, all about the cult of settling. You know the drill…your relationship is fine, your business brings in steady income, your family is healthy, so why would you need anything more? Meanwhile you were always the carefree, adventure seeker who used to dream about traveling the world, or having the kind of relationship with your husband that felt like a raging fire, yet somewhere along the way you filed that pipe dream and kept moving.
I call it the cult of settling. It's sneaky. It doesn't look like giving up, it looks like being grateful, being practical, being mature. It typically sounds something like "it's fine," "I should be grateful," or "other people have it so much worse." (Yet underneath all of that, you know it isn't actually fine.)
In this episode I take you through remembering what it was like to be a kid running through a toy store going "I want this! I want this! I want this!" with zero shame and zero calculation about whether you deserved it, and what happened to that version of you along the way.
We get into:
…and the question I would love for you to walk away with by the end of the episode: Why NOT You?
You deserve it all. You have full permission to dream big and go after it. It's not too much, it's not selfish, it's not ungrateful. It's your gift to want it.

Have you ever gotten exactly what you wanted...the money, the success, the relationship, the lifestyle, that “dream big” thing, and then once you got it realized it didn't make you feel the way you thought it would?
In this episode, we unpack the real reason behind your wants and desires. So often, we chase things because we believe they'll finally make us feel a certain way (safe, enough, validated, successful, free, loved, approved of, you name it), but when we get the thing and still don't feel the way we hoped, it can reveal where we're still looking outside of ourselves for something we actually get to cultivate within.
This episode is all about learning how to want from wholeness instead of from a void.
We'll explore how to get clear on whether your desires are truly heart-led or whether they're coming from conditioning, comparison, nervous system patterns, or the belief that something outside of you will finally complete you.
You'll also learn why gripping tightly to your desires can actually create more distance from them, and how giving yourself the feeling you're chasing now can help you soften, detach, and receive from a much more grounded place.
This is about dreaming big from fullness, and wanting more without needing something outside of you to finally feel okay.
In this episode, we cover:
→ Why getting what you want doesn't always feel fulfilling
→ How to uncover the real reason behind your desires
→ The difference between heart-led wants vs conditioned wants
→ Why money, success, travel, relationships, and achievements are amplifiers
→ How to stop placing your power outside of yourself
→ Why nervous system capacity matters when receiving what you want
→ How to take your desires off the pedestal
→ The role of detachment in manifestation
→ How to start feeling the way you think your desire will make you feel now
→ Journal prompts to uncover what you actually want
If you've been chasing a goal, gripping onto a desire, or wondering why something you once wanted so badly doesn't feel as good as you thought it would, this episode is for you! It will help you return to yourself, reconnect with your true desires, and create from a place of wholeness.

How often do you know exactly what you DON’T want, but struggle to name what you DO want?
In this episode, we're exploring why knowing, claiming, and communicating your desires can feel so vulnerable. From people-pleasing and decision fatigue to the fear of getting it wrong, being judged, or not getting what you ask for, there can be so many reasons it feels safer to stay in indecision-mode.
Learn how to begin reconnecting with your true wants in the small, everyday moments, like…what to eat, what to wear, how to spend your time, whether to rest or create, and better understand why these small choices build the self-trust needed for bigger life, relationship, career, and business decisions.
We also explore the difference between a “true want” and a “conditioned want”, we go over how to use your body as information when making a decision, and a simple question to ask yourself when you feel stuck: "If I did know what I wanted, what would it be?"
Your wants are not too much. You can honor your desires while still caring for the people around you. This is your reminder that it’s safe to choose, safe to communicate, and safe to create a life that feels alive to you.

→ Why it can feel safer to focus on what you don't want
→ The connection between indecision, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment
