We are back and jumping right into another twisty turny thriller “Pieces of Her”, based on the best-selling novel by Karin Slaughter. In this first episode, we are introduced to Andy, who is really killing this whole being an adult thing. She’s working a job she hates, stealing TP, and living with her mom. Speaking of mom, Laura is a speech-language pathologist by day and a closet badass by brunch. Plus she has a storage unit filled with secrets. We can’t wait to see what she’s got in there. Are there pieces of her in there?? And what the heck is going on with this she-shed? Have you read the book like Kelly or are you totally in the dark like Tiffany? Let us know!

It’s the finale and honestly, we have more questions than answers. How did Shauna’s bump grow so much over night? What is Jackie’s deal? Who built the catacombs in Taissa’s house? Is it not customary to remove the clothes when cutting up a body? What’s Lottie got against bears? Who has the better Jersey accent? Allie, Kelly or Tiffany? And where is Javi?!?!

It’s almost the end and we still have so many questions and no answers! The girls are celebrating Doomcoming, which is like Homecoming but with more hallucinations and almost cannibalism. Adult Shauna and Jeff have a heart-to-heart about the three pillars of their marriage: blackmail, murder and book club. Back in the woods, Lottie gets nuttier, Jackie gets more passive-aggressive, and Coach finally comes out to Misty, which leaves us wondering if Ben is still with us in Episode 10. And adult Nat takes out some frustration on a poorly placed vending machine.
It’s moments after the attack and the girls have wasted no time disposing of the body and we are really starting to question Misty’s Babysitting Course. Alive or dead should have been part of the curriculum. Laura Lee has determined she is the next Amelia Earhart. She has read the manual and has her teddy bear co-pilot. What more does she need? The adults are still a mess. Taissa has decided she’s never sleeping again because she can’t get the dirt out of her teeth. Shauna is super suspicious of Adam. Is he a secret blackmailer or just a secret unicorn? Where did the glitter come from?!? And Misty, sweet Misty, will do anything for a friend and that includes a ridiculous amount of drugs.

This episode is jam packed! The teenagers are still going buck wild, no pun intended. Nat and Travis are trying to bang, but Travis’s misogyny keeps killing his boner. Jackie is losing her mind that she doesn’t know every detail of Shauna’s life. Taissa has gone full G.I. Jane in preparation for her hike for help. Van has decided to join her so she can work out the kinks of her one woman show and is now sporting some cool bone jewelry thanks to Lottie. Oh hey, Javi’s here! Did you guys forget about him, too? He’s been busy working on his art. Meanwhile the adults are slowly self-destructing. Nat and Shauna are competing for worst woman in the world while Misty is working hard on her impression of Kathy Bates in Misery. And we are left wondering what exactly happened at Jessica’s first kidnapping.

Brown chicken, brown cow. If the cabin’s a’rocking, don’t come a’knocking. These hormonal teens all seem to find time to get naked while starving to death. Lottie may not be getting busy but that doesn’t stop her from being the most interesting girl in the woods. Just ask Laura Lee. Meanwhile, adult Nat and Kevyn grow closer, and Shauna and Jeff have to stomach Jackie’s mother’s audacity and the atrocity that is tuna quiche.

This is how we do it! Do what, you ask? Well, this is how the Yellowjackets perform their rendition of The Exorcist, how Coach sweet talks Misty into not murdering him, and how Taissa may or may not be haunted by a wolf and Slenderman, of course! This episode has it all – a Halloween rave, a fun game of connect the dots, and even a brief French lesson. Oo la la!

What do Clif bars, Jello, and misogyny have in common? This episode! We ponder what song do you sing to help you poo and get a peek into one of the many reasons Nat struggles with addiction. And if you thought Misty’s first date with Stan was a train wreck just wait…Shauna and Adam’s cringy first date said, “hold my beer (cheap vodka)!”

Welcome to the convenient plot point episode. Stranded in the woods? Here’s a cabin! Suspect your hubby of having an affair? Have a flirty boy appear at the hotel you’re staking out! If that wasn’t bad enough, let’s throw in a creepy kid with an even creepier doll and an inconceivable suicide. Where can we buy one of those forklift cranes that use autopilot??? Things are getting crazy, and Misty is actually starting to look pretty normal right now.

Back in the 90’s, the plane has gone down, but Misty’s value has gone up. For the first time ever she’s HBIC and she is not giving that power up. Back to the future, her badassery and axe-wielding skills don’t translate as well. Thank God Nat is here to join her for the sequel of Thelma and Louise that we didn’t know we needed. Also, Shauna has a bomb chili recipe. Just don’t tell PETA.
