It is one of the best-selling, self-help guides on the market as it offers a different approach to living a good life.  This self-help guide has topped the Amazon Non-Fiction Best Sellers chart for seven consecutive weeks and is called a “Stress Free” guide that has changed the lives of two million New Yorkers.  We talk about what we found impactful and how stripping away false values reveals the truly important ones.  We go searching for our own misplaced values and where in our lives we can give less f*cks.

Cymri Chang is a commercial producer in Shanghai.  We get into subjects like society, culture, politics, government and language just to name a few. We compare and contrast many of these topics against the backdrop of the United States and China.  We talk about drinking the Kool-Aid, which is a metaphor for being convinced to believe in certain ideologies depending on where you live.  We had a blast during this conversation and finished the Glenlivet.

Today's guests Brett Decolyse and Bruce Chen join Justin and Howie to share their stories on managing a startup company in China.  Brett and Bruce were integral parts of KargoCard and had much to do with the company's success since its humble beginnings.  KargoCard is a leading fintech player focused on delivering innovative mobile payment and prepaid card solutions in China and the greater APAC region.  They also provide commentary on Chinese business culture and dealing with cultural barriers while trying to work and live in a foreign land.  We discuss their "work hard, play hard" mentality as well as how their experiences within the company and their relationship with KargoCard co-founder David Suzuki shaped their values on friends, family and life.

Victor Kuo is a Precision Nutrition certified sports nutrition coach and founder of FitFresh, a fitness nutrition plan and meal prep company in Shanghai.  After six years in finance and investor relations, he jumped industries to pursue his passion for helping people achieve peak sports performance and physique goals through optimal nutrition.  We had a great conversation and of course finished a bottle of Auchentoshan scotch whisky during it.

Today New York chef Audrey Villegas joins us for some Chivas 18yr.  Audrey has worked in 3 Michelin star restaurant Per Se and the 2 Michelin star London Gordon Ramsay.  She has also helmed the kitchens at Recette, The Gander and 2 Spring in New York City.  She has spent much of her career working under celebrated chefs such as Thomas Keller and Gordon Ramsay.  We caught up with Audrey today and she shared a glimpse of her life from when she was a young cook on the rise in New York.  Enjoy Responsibly.
