Sean gave us a lot to think about when it comes to inviting men into the conversation on how we can make the lives of women and girls better. The Irish cancer society is in urgent need of volunteer drivers Brian Croke from Dunshaughlin Co. Meath shared his experiences as a volunteer driver with the society and highlighted the importance of this service. Plus we had safety tips for people seeking Black Friday sales and buying goods online.

    Sensi Anderson Santos has been practicing judo since the tender age of eight in his home country of Brazil, after a few years not practicing the sport here in Ireland he decided to do something about it, he moved to Navan and in early 2020 set up a dojo in Johnstown in Navan at the feel fit gym. Just three short weeks after opening the world faced the covid pandemic however his passion to continue what he started did not wane and delivered online classes to students. This weekend the club are excited to welcome Judo Olympian Megan fletcher to the club to inspire the next generation to continue practicing the sport.
