Elaine Byrne from Regan Mc Entee Solicitors in Trim returned to give legal advice for family members who take care of loved ones with additional needs, a couple from Garlow Cross Navan wrote to 11-1 asking for more information around this as they have a child with autism. Elaine explained capacity law, wardship, the importance of writing a will, a letter of wishes, setting up a trust and appointing trustees.
