    Drogheda cycling group made an appeal on 11-1 for a temporary home. Chairperson of the group Noel Hogan told Sinéad that the group which was set up 6 months ago is going from strength to strength providing a great service for the local area but they are in need of a place to store bikes and to host workshops/events. Noel appealed to anyone with a vacant premises to donate it to the group on a temporary basis. Can you help?

    Earlier this year Ally Byrne from Mullingar reached out to LMFM to support a fundraiser she was organising to raise money for cancer research. Her husband Michael was diagnosed with incurable but treatable form of cancer which inspired Ally to raise funds, what started out as a solo head shave has snowballed into a much bigger event. Ally updated Sinéad on the campaign.
