    Sinéad is fed up hearing about Adele and Rebel Wilson's weight loss, she feels that there is too much focus on how these women look and not enough focus on their creative talents. She is also disturbed by the use of the words 'shrinking' and 'unrecognisable' which are being used as compliments when it comes to reporting on the weight loss of these women. Plus size model and body positive advocate Rhian Thompson from Drogheda had a lot to say about this issue and she revealled she is excited to once again walk a more diverse catwalk as part of next year's London Fashion week.

    Tired of reading his daughter Jade stories about princesses needing rescuing from towers Gavin Leonard decided a change was needed and created his own series of adventure books featuring his daughter Jade in a variety of different roles. The series Not just a princess sees Jade take on the role of detective, pilot, fire-fighter and everything in between. Gavin told Sinéad that we shouldn't be limiting our children let them believe they can be anything.

  • Two Dublin lads cycle the length of Ireland for Unicef!
    Whilst the rest of us have been enjoying our staycations visiting various places around Ireland Simon Mullen and Christopher Kenny from Dublin are travelling around the Irish coastline for a very different reason. They took on a challenge cycling 3,000km to raise money for Unicef. They told Sinead that despite battling through two storms, sleeping rough in tents they are enjoying the experience. The lads arrive in Meath in the coming days.
