Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.

This prayer is for help from the holy spirit.

Father God in the name of Jesus, we give you glory and praise and we honor your name. And oh God, what a great name. We thank you, oh God, for being our father. We thank you, God, that we are your sons and your daughters.

And we thank you, God, that the battle that we're facing now is not ours. The songwriter says, oh Lord, the battle belongs to you. And you only called us to fight the good fight of faith. So whatever we're struggling with, give us the spirit of Jehoshaphat. When being faced by a great army, sent us a word from the prophet. And let us know that the battle is not ours. It is the Lord.

So God, in the name of Jesus, we cast off everything that we're struggling with. Everything that we've been plagued with. Every infirmity, every disease, we cast off in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Every relationship issue, whatever we are going through. Glory, your word commands us to cast all of our cares upon you.

And God, we're just gonna sing and we're gonna rejoice. Our job, glory be to, God is to worship glory. We're gonna worship you. We're gonna praise you. We're gonna say how great and mighty you are in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I give you glory and I give you praise that you never lost a battle. I give you glory. I give you praise that you're the greatest commander that ever lived, glory be of God. And you're on our side and we don't have any reason to fear. In Jesus' name. But a battle is not ours. It's the Lord. Oh, God, help us to lay it at your feet. The battle doesn't belong to me. The struggle doesn't belong to me. Help me to know that you're in charge.

In Jesus' name. Amen.

I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.

This prayer is related to becoming a doer of the word and not a hearer only.

Father God in the name of Jesus, we give you glory and honor and praise. And we worship your name. Your name is holy. How we honor you for being our Lord, our savior, and our soon-coming king.

And God, we thank you that your word has transformed our lives. You touched our hearts. You touched our minds. You fed us with the truth of your word. And truly, we are thankful that we're not the people that we used to be. And God, after hearing your word, we want to become doers of your word.

We pray on God and the name of Jesus that whatever we find to do, we do it with all of our might. We do it as unto the Lord. And God, we ask that you will give us a kingdom mindset. Everything that we do is to advance the kingdom of God. In order that others may hear of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Be saved. Their lives were transformed, in Jesus' name.

And God, we give you glory and we give you praise that you have the power in the name of Jesus to do in us the things that we desire to be used by you. Every gift and every calling. Everything that you have blessed us with. We surrender it all to you. For your purpose and your calling. And we give you glory. We give you praise. In Jesus' name. Help us to become doers of the word and not hearers only. For we pray to the father in the name of Jesus.

Amen.

I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.

This is the last prayer in the series of the authority in Jesus.

Father God, the name of Jesus again, I'll honor your name. And I say glory, hallelujah. I said, blessed it be the name of the Lord. I said I will bless the Lord at all times. And his praises shall continually be in my life. I give you glory. I give you praise. God for such a wonderful God you are.

Yeah. So the peace and the love that you have filled our hearts with. We are so grateful to know you, glory, be to God. And the things that you have prepared for those that love you. We give you glory. We give you praise. We look into your eyes with great expectation. We looked into your eyes with excitement, god. These are the things that you have planned for us.

So God we decree and declare with the authority that you have given us in Jesus' name, that the power of Satan is broken on our lives. When we pray in the name of Jesus, that the generational curses and familiar patterns of thinking and familiar patterns of behaviors are broken, now. In Jesus' name.

For your word says, if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. All things have passed away and behold, all things have become new. And God, as we study your word. as we learn more of you, you are transforming our lives. We are becoming new creatures in you, and we are understanding, and we are using the power and the authority that we have in your name.

We give you glory for it. We give you praise. That the power of the enemy is broken over our lives. We celebrate, we rejoice for the freedom that we have in you.

In Jesus' name. Amen.

Father God. In the name of Jesus, we give you glory and honor and praise and I worship your name. Oh, God. Hi, your name is holy. Hi. I love you. How I praise you. How I honor you. And God, I thank you that you have given us the authority in Jesus' name, over all the powers of the enemy and everything that's trying to deter your plan for our lives.

The enemy has to cease. He has to obey what we say, glory, and he has no legal right in our lives because you have given us the authority to speak in your name. So, God, I speak to those that are experiencing attacks in their careers, attacks in their finances.

And we say, no weapon that's formed against us shall prosper. And every tongue that rises us against us shall be condemned in judgment. Because this is our heritage from the Lord. And our righteousness is of you God, in Jesus' name. So I pray, that you bind the enemy that comes to sabotage our careers and our finances. And I pray in the name of Jesus that you would release promotions, accelerated blessings, and healings in our finances and in our careers. And I give you glory and I give you praise that poverty is not our portion. Oh, glory is to God. We are the children of the highest God. And your word says the cattle on a thousand heels belongs to you, oh, glory. And your word says no will good thing where you withhold from them that walk upright.

So we stand and we look to the heels from which come our help, our help coming from you, God, in Jesus' name. And we thank you for the authority that we have in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Thank you for the great name. Thank you for calming our spirits. We thank in the name of Jesus.

In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen. And amen.

When we start to think of you and how beautiful you are and how loving you are and how kind you are and how you continue to bless us. How you continue to encourage us. I just praise you for that.

And I honor you for the strength of grace that's in our lives. And now God, in the name of Jesus, you have given us power and authority over all the power of the enemy. And God we come against and we take authority over the enemy that's attacking our marriages and our relationship.

And we, decree and declare, in Jesus' name. That we would walk in agreement and harmony in peace and fellowship in our marriages with our spouses in Jesus' name. And that we will not be ignorant to any devices of the devil, but we will recognize that he comes to kill and destroy.

And so God, I pray that you would rekindle the love, the intimacy in marriages today. In Jesus' name. Give us how to prefer one another, give us how to encourage one another, in Jesus' name. Thank you for holy matrimony. We give you glory. We give you praise that we have strong marriages. We walk together. We agree. The two have become one according to your word in the name of Jesus, I pray.

Amen.
