Podcast Episode 10 Cultivate patience and master the art of waiting
If in the previous episode I talked about loneliness – about standing between the boundaries of positive and negative loneliness – then in this episode, I want to share another emotion that I have been reflecting on a lot recently: waiting and patience.
At first glance, it may seem like I'm talking about waiting for someone, a person, or a love. But in reality, for me, waiting is not as simple as that. It is not just waiting for someone; it is waiting for a cycle of change, a turning point within myself. I always feel that there is something quietly shifting within me – like a new season is about to arrive, like a phase I can’t yet see clearly, but I believe it will come. There are times when I can’t clearly define what that change is, I can’t rely on evidence, there’s no timeline, but I can only feel a subtle inner signal telling me: "Be patient and prepare for the change."
I don’t know how long it will take, I don’t know exactly what it is, but I know – I am in the process of preparing for something important.

I wait because I believe the quiet growth today will become a gift for someone tomorrow.
And in that belief, waiting suddenly no longer feels lonely – it becomes an act of love, hope, and connection.
There’s a very quiet feeling inside me, like a silent yet intense whisper: that in the near future, someone will need the healing energy I’ve been quietly nurturing.
It might not be just one person, but many.
You know, sometimes we only pay attention to the physical wounds – the visible pain, the illnesses – and forget that mental health is also a root cause of the instability in our physical bodies.
A wounded soul, a broken heart – these are also "illnesses" that need healing.
So, is it possible that, in the near future, healing energy from within will be needed more than ever?
Is it possible that this world – with its quiet wounds after the pandemic, after the upheavals – needs hearts that can listen, be patient, and heal each other?
If so, I believe that every day I practice patience, every moment I slow down to listen to my heart, is not in vain.
I believe that these small things are slowly creating an energy stream that, one day, I can share – to comfort, to connect, to remind someone that: they are not alone.
Waiting, therefore, is not just waiting for an opportunity for myself, but also preparing a spiritual gift for those who need it.
A gift that doesn’t need to be perfect, just sincere.
And perhaps, it will also be the time when I get healed once again – through loving others.
There are days when I see waiting as small ripples quietly spreading out – though unseen by the naked eye, I know they are silently changing something.
Like a calm lake that still trembles with the rhythm of life.
And in that stillness, I learned to believe in what I can’t see, to trust in the invisible seeds sprouting in the dark.
Waiting – is not sitting still in anxiety.
Waiting – is taking small steps, breathing gently, in preparation and understanding.
I don’t know when you will see the result of your own patience.
But I believe – all those silent days have meaning.
You may not see it right now.
But there will come a time when you realize: those patient days have built you – stronger, gentler, and deeper.
Whether what you wait for comes or not, let this waiting be a step in your journey of growth.
Because just being ready to wait – is already a beautiful milestone in your process of growth.
