In this episode, we're gonna talk about the three essential ingredients that you can use to bake the perfect HMO deal every single time. 

When I look at every single one of my deals, whether it's something I'm buying myself, whether it's a rent-to-rent deal, or whether it's something I'm just advising somebody on in our community, I'm always thinking about three things. And these three will really determine the performance of this HMO.

But remember, you do still need to think about some of the other details but if you get this, the rest of it matters so much less.
