Timothy Bayes, lives in Camden Delaware, married with four children. Originally from Newton, Kansas, moved to Delaware in June of 2020.

Recently retired from Dover Air Force Base where he served as the Command Chief of the 436th Airlift Wing.

Currently works for Century Engineering, Dover Delaware as a Senior Project Controls Manager.

In 2021, Bethany Geiser, left her 9:00 to 5:00 and started Delaware Professional Organizers. The business has only grown since then! They are excited to see how this business develops and continues to change lives and offer a unique and life giving service.

Mark Dissinger, owner of Dolce Bakery and Coffee Shop in Milford, Delaware. Mark has been an active Milford resident and volunteer for over 20 years. Mark believes it is important to support local downtown businesses and grow the community of Milford as much as possible. Dolce Bakery and Coffee Shop offers made in house, from scratch pastries and desserts and serves locally roasted coffee beans in a variety of delicious drink choices, located downtown on North Walnut Street.

Alex Csedrik is a graduate of DeSales University, where he won the 2008 Creative Writing Fiction award. He also received his Master's degree from Montclair State University and his Master's of Fine Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Currently, he's the marketing manager at Jack Lingo Asset Management, the Dewey Beach marketing chairperson, an adjunct professor at Delaware Technical Community College, a stand-up comedian, a food tour guide, and a published author. His short story collection, Mars is for Millennials, is available for purchase. He moved to Dewey Beach in 2020.

Jami Jackson is the owner of gingham + grace clothing, a clothing boutique for busy women in Harbeson, DE (and you can shop online 24/7 via the app and website.) She was born in Dover, DE, received her BS of Fashion Merchandising at McNeese State University in Louisiana, then lived and worked in NYC and Atlanta before making her way back to DE where her met my future husband. 

She currently lives in Lewes with her husband and 8-year-old twin boys Owen and Bentley (and 2 hermit crabs and a catfish). She started gingham + grace clothing in October 2018 on a leap of faith working a full time job in events.  After gingham + grace took off like wildfire, she went full time with gingham + grace in 2020 and moved it to a warehouse/showroom. 

In 2021, she was named Delaware's top 40 innovators and achievers under 40, and in 2022 she was a candidate for Leukemia & Lymphoma societies Woman of The Year. She is an avid supporter of small businesses, and value giving back to the wonderful community in which she lives. She is  a firm believer in God and community over competition!

Prior to completing his debut novel, "Chesapeake Bay Monsters", Pete's career journey led him through several fields helping to shape his unique perspective.

After a career in construction and a brief foray into politics, Pete seamlessly transitioned into the world of real estate, where he remains an active and successful agent.

Pete resides in Delaware still with his wife and two young children.

Miranda is a Safety Educator who started her business, Empowering You By Miranda, after one of her sisters was the target of a stalker attack in her own backyard in 2021. Since then, her goal and passion in life has been to educate, equip and empower as many people as possible to keep them safer than she found them.
