- Sep 14, Uranus is <1° south of the Moon.
- Sep 16, Neptune is at opposition.
- Sep 17, last qtr Moon, Mars is about 4° away.
- Sep 19, the Curtis “X” shadow on the Moon.
- Sep 22, Autumnal Equinox.
- Sep 23, the Zodiacal Light in the morning sky! (Need dark skies.)
- Sep 26, Jupiter at opposition.
