As many of you may know Sophia is an absolute gem of a girl who has so much wisdom, inspiration and loves to share her experiences with you every Monday whist creating the most gorgeous make up looks.

She adds her amazing down to earth personality, bundles of energy and "right Scottish accent" to make it even better!! This episode is just an extended version on all of the above! YOU ARE GONNA LOVE IT!

This amazing woman has been in the pipeline since for coming on the pod since season 1 as we just know she will be a huge hit with you, such an inspiration to us and has an incredible journey, she is feeling more fabulous at 50 than she was at 40 and honestly makes 50 look so young!!!

She talks so open and honestly on her social media which we absolutely love, you can tell has a real passion for helping women feel better through training and nutrition and sharing her own experiences with menopause which we can't wait to hear more of. 

She is a crossfit coach, nutrition coach and runs a fabulous business with her group called ladies who lift. She also coaches crossfit kids which is just amazing!

We have another very special guest this week and we would say is up there with number 1 fan of the podcast. We know a few of you are owning this title hehe! and we love you all for it but for Laura has never missed and episode, supports every single week and we couldn't wait to get her on the pod! 

Laura has an extremely inspiring journey which we know many of you will take great value from, she is the most down to earth girl and has just recently discovered she is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to all things fitness which is why I believe so many of you will take value from.

So far she has completed 3 HYROX races and a few fitness competition's with another 3 booked which we will hear all about, although this wasn't always the way for Laura and she shares her struggles along the way

Nic and Meesh chat with the amazing female Celeste Gardner- our very first guest who neither of us know well. Nic met Celeste on her travels in Brazil and reached out to ask if she wanted to join for a pod episode. She is founder of the Healthy Peoples Club, a workplace wellbeing consultant and has her very own podcast too. 

In this episode we interview a very special lady who is very close to our hearts. A woman who we inspire to be like every single day. She is filled with love, happiness and positivity and is definitely a "glass half full" gal. It's the one, the only, the amazing Lady Leigh. 

Lady Leigh takes us on a journey starting with her love for health, fitness and wellbeing from a very young age to becoming the proud mum she is today to beautiful CJ (our lil sis). We have laughs about finding boys and booze along the way and find out what advice she would give to her younger self now.

Lady Leigh goes on to open up about her story of her battle with "the beastie", she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022 but she remains mentally strong, fights hard every day and wants to share with others the importance of checking your body every month, don't just wait until October (breast cancer awareness month) she says, check as much as you can and get checked out if you notice anything different. 

We want to thank Lady Leigh so much for her time coming on the podcast, we know this will be so powerful for many women all over so please share this with your loved ones to make sure they know to check their bodies too.
