It's all we really talk about at the moment so the last few episodes have been focused on this and the next few might be too!

I mean what else are we going to have to talk about when we are training to lift 800kg, kayak 7hours and run 62km! hehehe 

OF COURSE its taking over our wee lives and we wouldn't have it any other way :)

Hello Lovely Listeners

We have missed you all dearly! Life has been extremely busy training for The Heavy Long Way Hame! We wish we could record our chats during our 3 hour long runs that would give you all laugh, we come up with some of our best ideas during these runs.

Anyway, today we are back (not officially - we need better equipment before we are back full time) but we have an important message to share and we thought it would be a great chance to help raise awareness about our challenge and the charities we have chosen to donate too.

In honour of Eating Disorder Awareness Week we wanted to share our reasons for choosing to donate to BEAT - The UK's largest eating disorder charity.

Coach Meesh talks about the first time she discovered BEAT, she was around 16 but just not ready to talk about her ED yet. Here we are 16 years on raising awareness with this huge challenge and we want to reach as many people as possible to encourage anyone struggling that the first step to recovery is talking.

BEAT is a wonderful, supportive, professional organisation that helps saves lives.
