HOT TOPIC of early NOVEMBER 2019: Ban on Personal Mobility Devices (PMDs) from travelling on footpaths! 

To those affected, some find the new rule as good as a total ban. Not allowed on roads initially, now footpaths. Only allowed on cycling paths, which let's face it, doesn't serve as a means of travel, but more of recreation. 3AM looks at the impact on the ban and shares OUR opinion on the matter.
