3PISOD3___36 was a masterful follow-up to our memorable night at the World Famous Miami Improv. We'd like to take a second and thank all the incredible people at the Improv, the staff, Justin & Melissa; and of course have to thank our guest of honor, our brother - DJ M DOT. And a special thanks to all of YOU that came out and always support! One of the biggest supporters is our guest on this episode... a true A1-DAY1. Long time listener and first time guest... we are joined in The Stu by our brother, the miraculously magnificent - MIKE BIANA!!! It was a privilege and an honor to have had him on The 3LEST right before he makes the big move up to the DMV area. We got to kick it with him and hear about the move and all the things that led up to that point. In The Stu, we had the entertainment pumping as we watched both Space Jams back 2 back... Space Jam (1996) & Space Jam: A New Legacy (2021). Halfway through the second Space Jam, we eurostepped over to another classic and finished the show up watching (quoting) the 2004 comedic journalism masterpiece - Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy. It was an incredible episode with our brother, talking about everything from the Philippines to Miami, the Marlins, the HEAT, Bruno Mars, Jo Koy, Star Wars, wrestling, evil Goran and so much more! We end the show with a call from Mike's better half, his loving wife - Kristina. We reminisce on some of their earliest memories and get caught up to date with the present move. It was a delight to have both of them on the episode during such a special time. This was an incredibly remarkable episode and we can't thank the fam enough for joining us!

This episode was the most memorable moment of my life... thanks to all of YOU! It was a dope event that featured music by the flyest DJ: Inspecta Lee, a live performance by the ridiculously talented: SIILVA Music and a legendary intro by All-Star: Jeremy "Hollywood" Rivera. This episode was brought to you LIVE (2/21/23) from the World Famous Miami Improv! And such a special event deserves an even more special guest... so for 3PISOD3___35, we had the privilege and pleasure of sitting down with our brother, DJ M DOT!!! He gets his taste of being on The 3LEST as he sits in the red seat and experiences The Stu at The Improv.  The movie of the night was the 1999 comedic classic starring Eddie Murphy & Martin Lawerence, "LIFE." On this episode we went from Holly Hill, to Naples/Ft. Meyers, to Miami. From church, to Anita Baker, to DJ Khaled and Jamie Foxx. From orange soda and zebra cakes to world tours and NBA championships. We cover it all with the Guest of Honor, DJ M DOT! We are truly humbled and blessed for the opportunity to have had such a special sit-down in such a historic place. THANK YOU to our brother, DJ M DOT! 3PISOD3___34 is filled with laughs, memories and stories from beginning to end. This is the culmination of manifestations of conversations coming together for the greater good of the listeners. This is 'THE CHIFLADOS 3PISOD3' of The 3LEST... starring JAIME HINCKSON and MARLON WONG; featuring J.R. & Mr. Bill!  We had an awesome time kickin' it in The Stu and catching up while watching THREE movies! We kicked things off with the Disney & winter sports classic from 1993 - "Cool Runnings." The Jamaican theme continued on for movie number 2 as we watched the 2002 drama/crime film - "Shottas." And lastly, but certainly not least... we closed out the trio with the 1995 drama/crime masterpiece - "Heat." On this episode we talk about soccer, basketball officiating, touring the world playing music, Gainesville, fútbol and we quote Will Ferrell lines for about 30 minutes. We were interrupted by a phone call towards the beginning of the show when the GOAT - EL CHATY called in. The surprises never end and neither did the vibes! WHAT. A. SHOW. !!!

3PISOD3___32 wraps up 2022 in The Stu with the final episode for the year. To make it a special episode, we decided to reverse the lifetime ban on someone and invite them in... We are joined by longtime little brother of ours and entertainer extraordinaire... RAY COSTA (OFFICIAL) closes out the year with us on The 3LEST.  On this episode we talk Cubs baseball, DJing, HEAT memories and New Years Resolutions - all while watching the hilarious 1989 baseball classic, "Major League." Once we went into extra innings on the show, we decided to fire up the 1993 other baseball classic, "Rookie of the Year."  This was the "Most Sporty Not-Sports Podcast" that we have ever done, so lace up and put your helmet on. Batter up! To end the show, we are joined on the phone by Ray's better half - the breakout star from 3PISOD3___30 of The 3LEST, GABY GOMEZ! This was another special episode with the greatest of times had!

3PISOD3___31 gave us a crash course through the world of stand-up and improv comedy. We got our laugh on and got schooled on so much in this episode. Very grateful to have been joined by longtime FAM and brilliant funny man - JOEY GREER graces The Stu and The 3LEST with his presence. On this episode we talk about Stone Cold, theology, ZETAFEST and comedy - all while watching the 1999 action/adventure classic film, "The Mummy." JR, Billy and Joey all reminisce on MST3K (IYKYK) and put on the 2009 comedy cult sequel, "Evil Bong 2: King Bong." And in the corner for the first time in a long time... LORD SOSA makes his return! It was a full house packed with the best of vibes and so many laughs. To end the show, Joey signs off with country music singer Joey Greer's song, "Outlaw Angel" playing in the background. WOW! What a time!!! Joey has been living in LA doing comedy for over 10 years now, but he is in town for the holidays and performing his show - "HOT CHRISTMAS" at The Villain Theater 12/22 & 12/23; make sure to check him out!

3PISOD3___30 brought all the energy from the first second to the last. This was a special episode with more energy and positivity than a Powerpuff Girl at Disney World! Our sister from our HEAT days, the fierce & fabulous - GABY GOMEZ joins us in The Stu on The 3LEST!!! It was an honor to have our fam hang with us as she helped us get in the Christmas mood with her movie pick... the 2000 classical remake, "How the Grinch Stole Christmas." Once Jim Carrey was done gettin' green, it was time for Will Ferrell to take over the screen as we watched the 2006 hilarious flick - "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby" for our second movie in The Stu! We talked to Gaby about some HEAT memories, tennis, Formula 1 and what she's up to nowadays. Also, prepare for 2024 as Gaby will join The 3LEST Podcast Network with her own show... "Gabbin' w/ Gaby - or - Spillin' Tea w/ Gaby" (working titles). To wrap up the show, we talk to Gaby's BFF - KATELYN JIMENEZ; and catch up with her about her HEAT days and life on the road as a dancer and a working professional. This was a special episode!

3PISOD3___29 was a 5K full of laughs from start to finish. If you have ran a half-marathon in South Florida in the last decade, you'll recognize our guests voice... Okay - On your mark... get set... GO!!! We are joined in The Stu, by one of the flyest for free or hire, our brother - M.C. DOUGLAS ESQUIRE joins The 3LEST!!! It was great to catch up with Doug and go over some South Florida sports memories, camp stories and OG clubbing days! We kicked off the show by watching the 1999, high-school football classic movie - "Varsity Blues." We all rank that movie a 10!!! Once that masterpiece wrapped up, we threw on another Miami Michael Bay gem - the 2013 juiced up flick, "Pain & Gain." We hear from Doug about the incredible work that gets done by the Tache Family and everyone over at Camp Fiesta; a cause near to his heart, as he is a cancer survivor himself. And towards the end of the show, we get a surprise call-in from our irmão, Marcelo 'FUEGO' Gadia! It was a special episode to reconnect with one of our long time brothers. 3PISOD3___28 took us into the future... NOW! On this episode, we enter the metaverse or the matrix... I don't know which one, but we get put on to some knowledge. We were joined in The Stu on The 3LEST, by our brother from another block-chain, the Notorious N.F.T. - MIKEY "KID JET" LO! This was an informative, inspiring and fun conversation where we discuss NFT's, crypto, Olympic breakdancing and shingles! We start off the show while watching the Christmas classic from 1990, "Home Alone," followed by the sequel. - "Home Alone 2: Lost In New York." A quick audible was made and we watched "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" instead... honoring our guests namesake: Michelangelo. We reminsce on some memories shared with homies and legends like RocSol, Gary Vee and Amar'e Stoudemire.  We go from Miami Springs to Coral Springs to China and Kansas City on this one! And to wrap up the show, we get TWO phone calls from some of our favorite people - Marlon "The Moonwokker" Wong and Sheila "CHOOCHIE" Marquez join the show!!! This one was another legendary one!
