Jacqueline sits down with former teen Latin music pop star turned reality TV star, Karen Larrea. Karen shares her personal journey of trials and triumphs as she navigated life after a divorce at the age of 40. As one of the original members and the only Hispanic cast member for the HBO Max “unscripted” reality hit series My Mom, Your Dad, Karen gained a following. She now gives dating advice to people over 40 and is representing Latina women over 40 by helping them find love again, have a career, and make a comeback.

Jacqueline sits down with global leader, author, speaker, coach, podcaster, and educator, Dr. Nadia Lopez. Dr. Lopez talks about her journey to becoming a teacher in New York’s public school system, to serving as an assistant principal, and ultimately becoming founding principal of Mott Hall Bridges Academy in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn in New York City – the school she opened to disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline. During her tenure, Dr. Lopez experienced many ups and downs. She was heralded as a hero and drew worldwide attention to her school. She was also invited to the White House to meet then President Obama. Her life seemed to be at its peak. Then health issues and pushback from education administrators took their toll. She decided to take her power back after being banned from entering the building of the school that she founded. Her road was not an easy one, but she appreciates the path that led her to her NOW.

Jacqueline sits down with certified nutrition coach and fitness enthusiast, Dee Davis. Dee shares her personal journey, which includes a diagnosis of sarcoidosis when she was in her early 30s. After changing her diet and intensifying her workout routine, the disease “burned out.” Years later when she gained 30 pounds due to menopause, Dee educated herself about nutrition to turn her health around once again. She now helps other women over 50 take control of their health to have a better quality of life.
