The 605 Show Podcast records live from the Thinker Networks studio! We're pumped to have the one, and perhaps the only (we haven't checked), Brian Bieber joining us in studio.

Some of you may recognize that name and that's because Brian was the OG Producer of the 605 Show for the first 30 episodes and has been instrumental in helping our crew create audio and video content for the last several years.

Brian dives into his recent journey as a storyteller and film producer, with the breakout and rapidly growing success of his feature-length documentary, "I Really Get Into It".  

We're kept well taken care of this episode by two of our favorite friends and downtown mixology experts - Brian and Michael from the Carpenter Bar group. The guys mix us up a couple of their favorite cocktails in-studio and share some of what makes their work and their bars so special in downtown Sioux Falls.

Join your favorite hosts Alana and V going live from the Thinker Networks studios in downtown Sioux Falls.  

We're talking the circle of life...well farm life at least. With special guests from both South Dakota Pork Producers Council and South Dakota Corn, we're talking about what's coming up this fall and getting some insight into what makes South Dakota farmers and pork producers so important to our great state.

Cagney Effling from South Dakota Pork Producers joins us in the studio to reflect on the DTSF Downtown Pork Showdown, and to talk about what's been going on in October - National Pork Month!

Later on, we're joined by Laron Krouse, former Board Member of South Dakota Corn, and an active South Dakota farmer. Laron talks to us about the process of farming and how technology has expanded the farming industry. Then we sit down with Mike Jaspers, the current Executive Director for South Dakota Corn, and also a farmer and rancher, Mike talks to us about what's happening next in the farming industry and where the community is going in the future.

Vaney and Alana are joined by friends from Spearfish, talk about the 605 Black Hills Classic, and even get a glimpse at the local wildlife in the area. 

Hosts V the Noble One and Alana Snyder got to try the WoodGrain Super Shandy from JJ's Wine, Spirits & Cigars, as the company serves drinks at every Levitt event. Food was also enjoyed from Levitt neighbors Bread & Circus Sandwich Kitchen. V tried the Pork Belly Gyro, and Alana had her go-to, the Vietnamese Fried Chicken.

Rose Ann Hofland from the Levitt took the stage to talk about upcoming shows and how the season has been going. And both hosts' minds were blown by Mammoth facts when Claire joined them virtually (just check out the size of a Mammoth tooth).

Laughs were had during the game Are they Extinct, where viewers will see if V believes the Saber-Toothed Tiger is still alive.
