We are back with a new episode of the 7th Generation Podcast. This week I sit down with TJ “Blitz” Kreutzer.  TJ graduated from the Air Force Academy in 1999 (he was a F-16 Fighter Pilot), deployed as a combat fighter in Iraq, is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt, and now the Vice President and Director of Operations of the WE DEFY FOUNDATION. The WE DEFY FOUNDATION is a nonprofit organization which provides combat veterans with military connected disabilities sponsorships to train jiu-jitsu. Our conversation centers around the challenges faced by combat veterans and healing forces of jiu-jitsu. This is part one of our conversation and is one of the most meaningful episodes I have released to date.

In this new episode of the 7th Generation Podcast I sit down with ultramarathon runner and Jiu-jitsu brown belt David Thull. David has completed over 10 100 mile races and recently finished a 200 mile run as a fundraiser for the We Defy Foundation. The WE DEFY Foundation is a nonprofit organization which provides combat veterans with military connected disabilities sponsorships to train jiu-jitsu. In this episode we discuss the similarities of jiu-jitsu and ultramarathon running, dealing with depression and mental health struggles, the WE DEFY Foundation and much more.

Life Rules: Stop Wasting Time Ep. 24. The Life Rules segment is a new aspect of the 7th Generation Podcast I will be integrating into the show. I want to share some of my life experiences and rules I live by. I have titled these segments "Life Rules." I will be releasing these as stand alone episodes and in some cases be integrating these rules into others episodes. I hope you enjoy this new part of the 7th Generation Podcast. 

The second life rule I discuss is Stop Wasting Time! Life is short, and we do not know how much time we have on this earth. Get off your ass and make the most of it.
