Just two years after famously saying no to a presidential run, 1994 saw Governor Mario Cuomo slumping in the polls.  Against all odds, a little-known freshman state senator from the Hudson Valley, George Pataki, shockingly beat the three-term incumbent.  We take a deep dive into the race with exclusive footage from the old PBS program "Inside Albany" and with key interviews with some of the major players including George Pataki, former Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno, and a rare-sit down interview with Mario Cuomo's son Andrew.
