British Cycling have just announced there will be a National Championship event at Birmingham BMX National on Friday night, 5th July from 19.00.

Andy McCoy is here to tell us all about what is happening, how it does not affect British Championships and how it helps to grow the sport.

Today we catch up with the Schwalbe British 4X Series so far.

Huge numbers of fresh faces are discovering just how amazing 4X is and the opening 4 rounds have been incredible. BMX riders are starting their MTB racing in 4X and the results have been great to watch.

The final episode of our 3 part review shows covering the 2024 UCI BMX World Championships in Rock Hill, USA.

It's Olympic year and that means the UCI BMX World Championships are moved forwards to May.

3,000 riders from around the globe racing in their age categories to determine the 2024 BMX World Champions.

Between May 11th and 18th these riders took to the track to battle and find out who was the fastest.

BMX has a new superstar and she has only just turned 16.

Freia Challis is the real deal. A European Champion and 3 times World Champion already, Freia is in Rock Hill for the 2024 BMX World Championships where she will be going for her 4th title.

You would not bet against her. In the form of her life, she arrives here as the clear favourite.

We sat down with her ahead of racing to find out more about her life and dedication to BMX.
