On June 10th of 1991, 11 year old Jaycee Dugard set off to make the very short walk to her bus stop. It was the last week of school, and Jaycee was looking forward to it. They were going to be taking a field trip to the water park, and frankly, she was just happy to be getting away from a stepdad, who she believed hated her.

On the walk to her bus stop, a two toned grey ford pulled up along side her, and motioned for her to go closer to the car. Jaycee figured that they may have been looking for directions, and she did as they wished. As soon as she was with in reach, the male driver reached his arm out the window, and hit Jaycee with a stun gun, knocking her to the ground. Before she knew it she was in the vehicle. Jaycee would slip in and out of consciousness during the ride, and she would have no idea what she was going to be in for, at the hands of two people, who could only be described as 'pure evil'

Jaycee's stepdad, Carl, and a bunch of students who had already made it to the bus stop, had witnessed the abduction, which should mean that, they would be able to apprehend the abductors quickly.

Little did anyone know, this would go down as the longest kidnapping in history.
