In this episode I am interviewing Felicia Fischhoff, a psychotherapist from Ontario, Canada who specializes in treating racial trauma.
Felicia is a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder and practice owner of Rooted in Resilience Psychotherapy & Wellness, a growing Ontario-based practice dedicated to creating safe, affirming space for Racialized and marginalized communities to heal and thrive. She focuses on treating trauma, racial trauma, PTSD, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. And her work is rooted in culturally responsive and trauma-informed care, honouring the unique experiences of each client.
Felicia has a decade of experience in nonprofit, and co-founded a charitable organization supporting survivors of sex trafficking. Her passion lies in empowering individuals and communities to reconnect with their strength, break cycles of pain, and build lives rooted in resilience. She’s also a devoted mom to two wonderful boys.
