Jon’s long time friend Adam Lieberman sits in the Co-Host chair today. Adam has worked as a concierge in Las Vegas for many years and his late father Frank Lieberman affectionately known as “The Bear” was a PR legend representing big acts like Elvis Presley, Sigfried and Roy, and Tony Orlando.

Kristen Graham is the 2019 SuperLeague World Champion, World Ranked Strongman Athlete, CrossFit Athlete and fitness model from New Jersey.

 

Her story is amazing, she didn’t get into fitness until 2011 after gaining extra weight (she weighed 180 pounds) from her pregnancy. She turned to CrossFit to “get fit” and never looked back. 

 

We loved getting to know Kristen and her husband Chris, a former police officer turned snake breeder! That’s right…you’ll just have to tune in for the story!

 

At the time of this taping she was scheduled to compete in the 2019 SuperLeague in just two days. We will keep you updated on our IG.

UFC fighter Julian Marquez sits in the Co-Host chair for this one and joins Jon O as they get to know retired U.S. Navy Seal Steve Sanders. Steve Sanders spent 24 years as a SEAL and retired in 2013. He saw 10 combat  deployments overseas and currently owns two companies; one of which provides consulting services for TV/Film projects. Super pumped about this episode. Personal Trainer/Lifestyle Modification Coach "Gio's Logic" sits in the co-hosting chair for this one as our special guest for this episode is Jeff Novitzky. Jeff is the Vice President of Athlete Health and Performance for the UFC. He previously served as an agent for the FDA investigating the use of steroids in professional sports. Before April 2008 he was a special agent for the IRS who investigated the use of steroids for over five years. 

   

In 2002 he gained public notoriety during his role as a federal agent for the IRS for what we now know as the BALCO scandal. He led a raid on a San Francisco laboratory that was supplying banned substances to athletes. The resulting fallout implicated top athletes including; Barry Bonds, Marion Jones, Tim Montgomery, and Jason Giambi.

   

Years later Novitzky was also involved in the investigation into the use of PED's by Lance Armstrong and other members of his Tour De France teams.
