In episode 85 the geeks are gearing up for the fall entertainment season, as they preview their favorite returning shows, new shows, up coming movies, and conventions they are excited for.

In episode 84 the geeks are doing they're first horror related episode as they discuss the works of Stephen King. The geeks are preparing for the releases of The Dark Tower and IT, as they discuss their feelings on the footage and cast of the upcoming summer films. 2017 is shaping up to be the Summer of Stephen King.

In episode 83 the geeks are discussing archery in pop culture. Several archers are discussed but most of the focus is on the Green Arrow and Hawkeye. The geeks share their top 5 archers and discuss the potential of a Green Arrow, hawkeye, or legalos solo movie.

In episode 82 (unlike our intro saying 83), the geeks are going back to their roots and talking comics. The DC comic crossovers with Hannah Barbara, Looney tunes, and other series are being discussed as as the DC rebirth event from 2016 and the upcoming METAL event in August.

In episode 81 the geek are discussing the Planet of the Apes film franchise. From 1968 to 2017 the geeks weigh in on what makes each iteration special and what they may have left off. The remainder of this episode is focusing on the upcoming Matt Reeves film, War for the Planet of the Apes.

In episode 80, the geeks are swinging into action and discussing Spider-man Homecoming. Peter Parker is finally home at Marvel Studios and is getting his first solo outing (kinda) in Spider-man Homecoming. Spider-man is joined by Iron Man to battle a series of iconic Marvel villains including the Vulture. Can Tom Holland carry Spider-man into the promise land? The geeks have their opinions on that very question.

In episode 79 the geeks venture into the world of Vertigo Comics to discuss Preacher. The geeks review the first season of AMC's newest hit series and get you ready for season two. Do Jim and Chuck have the save opinions on Preacher?

In episode 78 the geeks venture to Cybertron to talk about the Transformers franchise, from the toys to the television shows and spinoffs, and ending with the live action movie franchise. The geeks also talk who did it better, Shia or Mark? Jim also share his thoughts on where the series should go next.

In episode 77 the geeks take a trip to Egypt as they talk mummification, King Tut, Anubis, and their thoughts on the concept of mummification. Next the geeks talk about the Mummy franchise starring Brendan Fraser, Rachel Weisz and John Hannah with additional commentary about the Scorpion King franchise. The episode concludes with the geeks previewing the first installment of the new Dark Universe from Universal Studios, The Mummy starring Tom Cruise. Will this "Dark Universe" take off or is this an old story that's been done too many times?

In episode 76 the geeks are welcoming Wonder Woman into the Active Geek arena as they discuss her history in comics to her history in television and movies. The geeks also discuss the mindset of Wonder Woman being referred to as a risk when it comes to a solo film. This episode is a lead in for the very first Wonder Woman film and the next installment of the DCEU. Wonder Woman is out June 2nd and is holding a strong 95% and certified fresh on rotten tomatoes.
