In episode 65 the geeks discuss the legend that is King Kong. They go back to 1933 to discuss the origin of Kong, then talk about his teenage years,and conclude the episode with a preview of Kong: Skull Island which has an AMAZING cast.

In episode 64 the geeks are discussing one of the most popular comic book characters of ALL TIME, WOLVERINE. The geeks cover comic book and film origins, culminating in the preview of the newest chapter of the X Men universe Logan. In addition the geeks share their thoughts of Hugh Jackman's portrayal of weapon X.

In episode 64 the geeks take a journey back to 1887 when the worlds greatest detective was created. Jim and Chuck discuss the history of Sherlock Holmes, from his creation by Sir Author Conan Doyle to his television iterations (Sherlock and Elementary) and finally his representation in film (Robert Downey Jr's Sherlock and Mr Holmes).

In episode 62 the geeks are entering the wonderful world of Lego as they break down the history of Lego and all things Lego. They also go into detail about the upcoming blockbuster, The Lego Batman Movie. The only question the geeks have is, why is Lego such a popular brand?

In episode 61 the geeks are hyped up for the upcoming DC animated film Justice League Dark. Jim and Chuck go over the history of the JLD, the members, and give a preview of the new animated film. The geeks also discuss the future of the long rumored Justice League Dark live action movie.

In episode 60 the geeks discuss their thoughts on the newest comic book based television series, Powerless and Legion. Jim and Chuck share their opinions on both shows, and determine whether or not they'll be successful.

In episode 59 the geeks talk about the bad guys. From the pages of DC and Marvel to the universes of Star Wars and The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the geeks share their most favorite and least favorite villains. Jim shares his thoughts on Rotten Tomatoes and Chuck describes the concept for a bad movie from 2008.

In episode 58 the geeks discuss the upcoming releases for the Underworld and Resident Evil franchise. The geeks break down their opinions of each franchise, who the actors/actresses could play if cast into the Marvel and DC universes, and if this is truly the end of the of these two huge franchises.

In episode 57 the geeks review all of the geek events that took place during this year (movies, tv, conventions, announcements). In addition the geeks give everyone of a preview of everything geeks in 2017.

In episode 56 the geeks share their feelings of the man, the myth, the legend, Stan Lee. Stan Lee has shaped the lives of both Jim and Chuck through all of his creations, therefore the geeks pay tribute to Mr. Lee on his 94th birthday.
