  • How to get over your excuses and achieve your dream goals with Kiko Matthews
Are If's and But's preventing you from taking that first step to acheiving that special challenge that's yearning inside of you to be completed?

So many of us create excuses on why we shouldn't achieve our dreams, ambitions and goals. Instead we let fear take it's grip and push our burning desire to achieve that challenge to one side. Ignoring it and allowing it to gather dust at the back of our brain. Why is that?

On the show with me today is Kiko Matthews, a life enjoyer, entrepreneur and adventurer, who is attempting to become the fastest woman to solo row the Atlantic in 2018.

In 2009, Kiko nearly died from Cushings Disease and 8 years on, is living her life to the full and challenging her mind and body to see what they’re now capable of.

After a Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) on the River Thames in Richmond, Kiko and I chat in her big 'clean me' van eating chocolate and talking about her journey so far, how SUP'ing is a vehicle for transformation, overcoming fear, the empowerment of learning and her formula to #OwnTheChallenge.

If you're ready to push your mental and phsyical limits and achieve the impossible, then listen to my conversation with Kiko now!

  • Why I started the podcast with Adelaide
In this episode I take you through the highs and lows of creating a life I love.

Between 18 and 21 I suffered with moderately severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and other chronic conditions, which left me in some embarrassing situations.

I was told I’d never recover, or experience my conditions worsening. I refused to accept this.

My determination came from the epic tales of the impossible from Frank Wild, Shackleton and Scott.

I started experimenting with nutrition, habits, practices, tools and resources, to discover how to unleash my best potential. It paid off and here, I tell you my story.
