This week we talk about the viral Cheesecake Factory date, the 48 oyster date and first date places that are absolutely acceptable no matter what younger Millennials have to say.

2023 has been a rough year for all of our "Relationship Goals" . It seems like every two weeks another celebrity couple is calling it quits or confirming that they've been long separated. Did they all just do it for "The Gram"? Did they have those important and healthy conversations about family, religion and money? We talk about it and why we feel some couples can't or won't break up.

This week we take time to talk about today's workforce and try to make sense of it all. It's hard enough to navigate your regular job whether you work in the mall or for a Fortune 500 company; But then you have to decide things like, Do you just take any job to pay the bills or just become a TikTok star? Should you be chasing your dreams and passions or take that safe secure job? What's real and what's fake out here? We don't know it all but we definitely have a few clues.

One thing that solidifies you as being a Geriatric Millennial is realizing how explicit and over the top music has gotten today! We loved Lil' Kim, Trina and Foxy, but the women of today have taken it a few notches about that and honestly....It's just too much for us. My Neck, My Back is officially nowhere near the wildest song we've heard and really, we just want more balance. Share your thoughts on today's music in our comments!

No friendship is ever flawless and with the latest on Steve Harvey and Shirley Strawberry we had to talk more about friends. This week it's about friends not liking your significant other and how friends talk to other friends behind your back. Does that happen with all friends? Are you the friend doing all the talking, throwing rocks and hiding your hands? Listen and see what side you fall on.

After a long weekend in the woods and in Houston not being chose, we realized something. Labor Day isn't a big deal anymore! We already didn't expect a cookout invite, but this year the sales were light and it seems like people were working and treating it like a regular weekend. We talk about summer's last holiday and how it doesn't hit like it used to and much more!

It's officially "Cuffin season" and as the weather gets cool it's time to choose that end of year Boo, with hopes it becomes more after the ball drops. We talk about the rounds of cuffin season that we are already in and the strategies that we are using to find that special someone. Are they logical? Unorthodox? What could we add or change in our approach? Tell us how you feel in the comments.

This week we dig beyond the surface of African religion and spirituality. Keka Araujo joins us to talk about the similarities as well as differences of various African religions in comparison to Christianity. We also discuss the aspects of authenticity and cultural appropriation that we should all be aware of if we want real readings and connections to our spiritual roots.

The internet is better than ever as far as speed, but do we really need all this access? We missed the days of watching "Skinemax" through the static and squiggly lines and the American Undercover episodes on HBO. We had sitcoms that attempted to show us something positive. Lil Kim was erotic art, but little kids shouldn't have listened to her or Poundtown. Things have really changed is the only thing we know for sure.
