Steve Taylor PhD is the author of 14 books on psychology and spirituality and is a senior lecturer in psychology at Leeds Beckett University. His work includes research about the essential qualities of enlightenment and wakefulness, and he has identified eight specific qualities that arise as spiritual awakening.

Awakening is the greatest adventure we can undertake as human beings. In this episode, Dr. Taylor describes what enlightenment is and how people experience it.
