In this episode, we're joined by the incredible Siri Baruc Thornton, a Reiki master, breathwork teacher, and a woman who embodies both grace and strength. Together, we explore the deeper layers of personal evolution, the pressures of constant self-improvement, and the essential role of self-compassion on the healing path.
We unpack the phenomenon of performance culture, the invisible pressure to strive for perfection and compare ourselves to curated versions of success we see on social media. This often leads to burnout, anxiety, and a gradual disconnection from our own truth.
Siri and I share personal stories about navigating transformation, from the physical and emotional toll of life’s pivotal moments to the ongoing process of showing up with intention and care. We also touch on the importance of healing from trauma, finding belonging in community, and embracing intuitive, heart-led living.
