  • Sean Alexander: Control

My name is Sean Alexander Hickle, I'm 26 years old, and I was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. I am currently living in Austin, Texas, studying Exercise Science at the University of Texas. To tell you a bit about me, I'm a certifiable fitness nut, and I love learning about the human body. I have received my personal training accreditations from both ACE and ISSA, and I've been working professionally in the field for ~5 years. My personal athletic and sporting background includes tennis, competitive gymnastics, a short stint as a bodybuilder, and I ran my first marathon in 2021.

Last fun fact for those of you who might have seen the Netflix show "Cheer": I was also a college cheerleader at Navarro College in 2015-16.

On this episode, I talk about controlling the controllable and finding my authentic voice.

  • Matt Branch: Overcome

Part of Matt's story began December 28 on an annual hunt with friends and family near Eagle Lake in Mississippi. Branch and his hunting partners were loading duck hunting gear into a Polaris Ranger where Branch had laid his shotgun. A black Labrador retriever named Tito jumped in the bed of the vehicle and stepped on the gun. His paw depressed the safety and pulled the trigger. After dying twice, you won't believe the rest of the story. Join me in hearing one incredible story of overcoming life's greatest challenges.

  • Cameron Borch: Responsibility

Three years ago, my life as I knew it came crashing down due to a disc herniation in my lower back. I went from swimming, weight lifting, and running hours each day to not putting socks on without pain. Thousands of wasted dollars and chiro and PT appointments later, I crossed paths with Andrew on Instagram. He had overcome the SAME situation (a herniated disc and sciatica) despite being told by several” medical professionals” that he would never be able to do so. He was the beacon of light for me, and I have followed his teachings of movement ever since.

Since then, I’ve learned how to move with intention and awareness and am healthier and happier than ever. Today, I am highly passionate about my holistic health. I am continually learning movement and fitness through FRC, PRI, DNS, aerobic training, weightlifting, and gymnastics. Running and road biking are among my current top favorite sports. Laughing is my favorite hobby in the world.

I have obtained a Bachelor’s degree from USC in Industrial and Systems Engineering. After graduating, I had the opportunity to work in Sales, Operations, and Marketing for MoveU, where I met Shiloh and Katie.

The most rewarding result of my injury is that it ultimately led me to this team and professional path. It is my goal to enable you to live a better life because I know you can. I’ve been overweight, I’ve been in pain, I’ve been unhappy. We’ll show you the right steps to take, and you will never look back. Remember, it's not your fault...it's your responsibility.
