Between January 1996 and July 1997, five women went missing in and around the city of Mons in Belgium. Their disappearances weren&rsquo;t linked until gruesome discoveries were made across the city. Fifteen trash bags containing thirty-seven body parts were found at strategic dump sites seemingly designed to taunt authorities and spark fear in the public.
