Wrath of the Lich King will be Live on Monday 09/26 at 03 PM Pacific (so 06 PM server)

Many new players in the guild, enjoying the level XP crunch and the last days of the 50% XP buff

At least one 10-man raid team for now

And in other news: at each new Raid 25 tier, the past raid loot will be available on smaller teams (Raid 10 and dungeons). There will be many tiers of Heroic dungeons, so 5 man groups can still gear up to previous raid tier

Cool things the guild has been doing:

- We've been running around killing world bosses while talking about all the fun we are having in the Tot tournament

- We've been playing our weekly Tales of Tribute matches for the AIE tournament and posting our victories and defeats in discord for all to see.

Things planned or coming up for the guild:

- Dungeons, zone clears, and of course having fun.

- A second ToT tournament is being considered for mid - January

Game or press release news:

- Firesong will be out November 1st on PC and November 15th for consoles and will expand on the ongoing Legacy of the Bretons story line with a new island to explore and the conclusion of the year long adventure.

- Firesong will also bring out a new ToT patron, the Druid King, that should be fun to try out.

FFXIV

Map night continues every Saturday night at 9:30 pm eastern. They would like you to join them for treasure and rabbit themed monster arenas!

On October 9th at 4PM Eastern the FF14 Retro Treasure Map group will be running Heavensward treasure maps. Because these are level 60 content they are accessible to Free Trial players as well. Anyone who is level 60 and has access to all Heavensward zones is welcome to join. Elaine can be contacted either in discord or in game if anyone has any questions. Join in as they gleefully gain glamour and gil. If the RNG is in their favor maybe they will reach the last room in the Aquapolis.

The much loved Halloween event is coming up, last year it started on Oct 5th and ran for a whole month. As always, AIE Xiphos is there to help if you want to see why GW2 has thrived for a decade. MFN is on Mondays at 9pm ET, dungeons and more nights are the 2nd Friday of each month. Still looking for materials for the guild hall, see @jehdai for details.

LOTRO

This week was update 33.2. It has brought some folks rolling up new toons to try the new race/class combinations. It has been great seeing the starter zones really busy. The new mini expansion “Before the Shadow” is now available for pre-sale. The new mini expansion is expected to drop on November 9th. Stay tuned for possible events when Before the Shadow drops.

Diablo III - We are a couple weeks into season 27 for Diablo 3. There are a few of us that regularly run as a group many nights of the week. If you would like to join us or need help with some of the conquests this season, want a toon power leveled or just want to join in the fun let us know in the #diablo channel.

Nomads Servers - Nazrai running a private server and has offered to stand up some fun games. Currently running Empyrion, Ark… could do Rust, Valheim, etc.

Dual Universe - Dual Universe is set to launch on September 27th and AIE will be there from the beginning. Join us to be part of building the civilization that will tame a solar system.

Alliance Raid Team Hell Froze Over defeated the Jailer, the last boss needed for their Fated Raid achievement awarding Jigglesworth Senior (aka Jellycat) mount.

That is Gustytail rocking those super pointy shoulders.

Lots of folks in Retail WoW have been visiting Classic to relive (or unlive) the original Death Knight starting quest. It's a great piece of storytelling... and there's a sweet mount reward there too. Wrath of the Lich King drops Sept 26 so don't wait.

Pre patch is up already, with DK available (starting 55)

Level XP crunch and XP boost, so a great time to level a new character

If you do the starting zone for DK, you get a drake mount in retail

We decided on a name for our #10forWrath raid team, Akela's Wrath.

The guild recently won yet another Total Galactic War. That means anyone logging into The Black Hole will see our guild name flash before their eyes as the conquerors. And we got a new title for it as well.

7.1.1 is coming up (TBD) and will contain some balance changes. Some early-ish thoughts from the devs have been posted about what they are planning to do. Buffing healers is the best part!

We've been taking part in the Undaunted Event that started last week during MFN by queuing up to run dungeons together.

Update from Kramer - What an exciting week in the tourney we have ties across the board tied for 1st is @Kini (Dankinia) [she/her] and @Newtype72 (Morrogoth) at 3-0 3rd place is @Bashirra and @DPRoberts at 2-1 then in 5th place we have @redstick94 and @Malakyi at 1-2 and in 7th place we have @Darklightwolf and @Tetsemi Lok'vadnod (he/him) at 0-3

The Federation fleet is still processing nicely through the colony projects. I think we are looking good to have two of the tiers done by the end of the year if not sooner. Sometimes the fleet likes to surprise me and knock things out way faster than I expect.

KDF fleet is finalizing the dilithium mine and should have all the media very soon. The Starbase had started completing tier 2 projects for the different branches and so should be able to push for the big tier 2 upgrade soon.

Fun night is every Thursday at 11pm Eastern. We do things from running random TFOs, help people level up, to run missions for gear for a build. If you have a request, we will gladly help you with what you want to do.

Fleet Action Report episode 114 will be recorded live on Monday. In this episode we will be back on our new player challenge characters and covering endeavors. What they are. How to work on them. And what you get out of the endeavor system.

GW2

Dungeons and more night was a great time this month. It looks like in the near future we could have enough at Dungeons and more night to start some strike missions.

LOTRO

Update 33.2 is in its Bullroarer cycle. This update is focused on a rework on the minstrel class and some hopeful positive changes for monster play. There are also some new class options coming for some of the races. There might be an opportunity to have your favorite race/ class combo. Might be time for a new character. Also on August 31st we said goodbye to the Anor legendary server. Make sure, if you have toons on there that you want to keep, to utilize the free character transfer from Anor.

Dual Universe

Dual Universe is a Sci-Fi voxels based sandbox MMO full of possibilities. Brave the vacuum of deep space to mine precious resources from asteroids. Create powerful spaceships, foreboding fortresses, or megalithic Starbases of your own design. Run trade through pirate infested space between planets. Become a tycoon of industry or a master of the market. Or even lead an army against enemy forces. Dual Universe is launching into its final release on September 27th and AIE will be there.

With this launch will come a wipe, starting all players on a level playing field. So even if you haven't played during the years long Beta you can still play along with all.

Lost Ark

Lost Ark continues to experience a lull in participation as most are exploring other new game releases. However, weekly tasks are still being set in only the primary guild "Aie Communitas." Please arrange to move any characters you may still be playing to this primary guild. Applications are being accepted for the guild. Mention your character name and when you apply to Durus in discord and it will be approved.

Please note that with the reduced activity we'll be retiring the auxiliary guilds of "Aie Honoris" and "Aie Fidelis", neither of which made it past guild level 3. Any characters active in these guilds are encouraged to drop the guild and apply for "Aie Communitas." Please contact Durus in discord or make a post to lostark in the AIE discord with the hashtag lostark-app. Keep in touch with updates to the Lost Ark guilds in the AIE discord's lostark-announce channel.

In game event Trial of Style is coming this week and Gustytail will be doing ad hoc runs for Transmog Glory. Raid Teams are making progress on their Jiggles-worth Sr. (aka jellycat) mounts.

Noob Raid has been doing the Fated raids with the plan to eventually get the mount reward.

WoW Classic

Pre patch for WotLK hits on Tuesday, with all the fun stuff, to include Scourge invasions, and Zombies, the ability to roll and level Death Knights (level 55), new talents, and level xp decreases. WotLK hits on 26 Sep at 6pm server time, and #10forWrath continues to come together, with Shrimpiclese as our Raid leader. We will be raiding on Saturday nights from 10-1 server time, and Sunday night from 10-11:30 for clean up. @Bhock continues to reward new players with 100g for mounts and training. Just pop a note into the WoW classic channel, and ask for an invite. We are usually around most of the time.

We are playing through the new content of 7.1 (Digging Deeper) and entering into the next step of the gear upgrade dance, including the return of moddable gear! You can upgrade your gear through solo activities and group activities, or a mix. It's really your choice. (There may be spreadsheets involved) Come join us for MFN on Tuesdays where we will do a little of this and a little of that. And if you have questions about how any of it works, hop into discord anytime and ask away.

We have Operations Teams running on most nights of the week. If you want to try this type of larger group game play, this might be for you. Our raid leaders are always on the lookout for alternates and some of our teams are looking for new permanent members.

Cool things the guild has been doing:

- Killing World Bosses and clearing Skyshards in various zones.

- We've been practicing our Tales of Tribute skills and helping each other learn the game in preparation for an upcoming Tales of Tribute tournament hosted by Kraemer.

We have an exciting announcement from @kraemer29: Greeting and Salutations to all of you in the great AIE community. My name is Ken and I primarily play in our branch of the Elder Scrolls Online as well as dabble in SWTOR STO and wow.

With ESO update 34 the release of the High Isle Chapter came their first attempt at a card game known as Tales of Tribute. This card game that had the community in an uproar has caught fire and swept into the hearts of all that play the game.

So I have fronted the gold and decided that we shall have our first AIE ToT tournament which will officially start Monday September 5th and run until Monday October 10. I will post the brackets each week on Mondays so everyone can see who they get to play that week as well as the current standings.

Players will have one week Monday thru Sunday to play their match against each other and post a screenshot of the result which will be verified and added to the ongoing tournament standings. To enter this AIE tournament

1 – you must have High Isle Chapter of ESO

2 – Must be a member of AIE Community

3 – have fun

4 – a screenshot of the result of the match must be posted in the channel so wins and loses can be kept track of

5 – you must complete all matches during the 7 day period.

6 – each player will have 3 matches per week

7 – the event will run 6 weeks

8 – each player will have a total of 18 tales of tribute matches against the other tournament players

9 – results will be posted weekly on Mondays with current rankings

10 – I will be placing these funds into the ESO guild bank today to be awarded out to the top 10 finishers in this tournament and I am hoping that our Favorite guild

Season 4 Launches on Aug 2nd! As Season Three comes to a close, Alliance Raid team "So Let's Go Skating" killed Heroic Jailer for the Ahead of the Curve achievement and in Mythic Plus dungeons, 11 players in the Alliance led/cross faction group got their Keystone Master achievement. Gusty was one of the final few, thanks to a lot of help. Horde side Raid Team Filthy Casuals has been clearing Normal Sepulcher and is moving on to Heroic.

New details on Dragonflight keep coming out. It's weird to think that Dragon Riding could make getting from place to place fun, rather than the slow grind to unlock flying that we've seen in past expansions. Also we'll have otter mounts as a reward for a mount collecting achievement and they are adorable.

Noob Raid is being run by Wingclip and Celindre in Dankinia’s absence.

WoW Classic

Wrath of the Lich King is opening September 26th

Federation: Colony still moving along nicely and closing in on that tier 5. Grebog has also been adding in some provisioning projects to help keep holdings funded and places for you all to earn some fleet marks.

KDF: The main starbase will be done upgrading to tier 1 by the time this is read live. We are also closing in on Tier 3 of the Dilithium mine.

Thursday night fun nights are happening at 11pm. We do all kinds of group activities and if someone has a request, we try to help with those as well.

FFXIV

The 6.2 patch information page has been updated on the Lodestone. Moonfaire items on Shop.

With Data Center Travel up and running, we'd love to have you in our FC on Goblin. Any AIE member or friends thereof are welcome to hang with us on our events, visit our house, ect.

Map nights are still rolling along! Saturday nights at 9:30 pm EST. Come along, get loot, have a great time! Level 90 characters that have all of the zones unlocked are required. Bringing a map is not required but always appreciated.

If you are not 90, there are level 60 group maps with a chance at the loot from those expansions.

And Thursdays at 10pm EST, we are running sprout raids again. We completed all of the legacy 24-player raids (up thru Shadowbringers) and will be looping back around to the Crystal Tower series.

There is SUMMER OF LOVE coming this week! Remembrance Day starts things off and in WoW we gather Tuesday at 9:30pm Eastern at the Shrine of the Fallen. Other events in WoW include a Safari to collect Battle Pets and toys around Shadowlands and two new events: Snail Races (because we now have snail mounts so of course we should race them) and De Other Side Challenge, where Horde players will create an Alliance alt and Alliance will roll a Horde alt. The idea is to gain new insight, even respect, toward the opposite faction. We're all AIE now!

A Summer of Love event:

Skye is proud to announce that his Sister Summer of Love (Summeroflove) is looking for a mate. In true Troll fashion you must earn her hand. Six items will be required to win her hand. Her suiter must be a new level one Troll (no bad habits) and able to take care of her (thus the 6 items). The items will be announced on the night of 31 July 2022. To support her in her new life the family has put a dowry of 1000 gold for the winner of the Great Hunt. First troll to trade me said items get Summer of Love and of course the Gold.

There are 2nd and 3rd place prizes as well, just a few small pets! but it should be fun!

And we are doing the Remembrance day walk from the shrine of the Fallen Warrior to the gates of Orgrimmar. We hope to see you there!

There's lots of excitement and debate over new info on the Dragonflight expansion - along with requests for no spoilers. Customizations for the new Drak-theer race are amazing, and Hogger is among many familiar characters getting makeovers. New options in Alpha, for players, will be able to select body type instead of choosing male or female, and data mined strings also show work on being able to choose voice and pronouns.

In WoW, Season Four is around the corner and Gustytail is among those still pushing for Mythic Keystone Master. Hooves crossed and thanks to everyone who helped their guildies with last minute achievements.

And of course there is Summer of Love! The schedule is up and we've got several WoW events, such as Snail racing, a Battle Pet Safari and De Other Side Challenge (roll a toon on the opposite faction.) Join the fun and bring others!

BC created a scavenger hunt for MFN where everyone used their seeker droids to dig up treasure for fun and prizes. Additionally, we continue to run operations for MFN when we have enough people for it. If you are wondering what classes we need, we can usually get tanks and healers, but oftentimes could use more DPS. It's entry level raiding and everyone is welcome no matter your experience or gear. Come join us! Especially if you need to add to your supply of Dad jokes.

AIE Continues to roll along in FFXIV as we march towards patch 6.2.

For those grinding away in the Crystaline Conflict, the season rewards, which ends at the release in 6.2, will reward all rewards up to the tier you reach. So, you don't have to worry about blasting past a reward that you want.

Data Center Travel is up and running. Now, we'd love to have you in our FC on Goblin. But we get that other people may belong to other communities or you have an established friend group elsewhere, you can now travel to Goblin for AIE events. Any AIE member or friends thereof are welcome to hang with us on our events, visit our house, ect. We would love to see you at our next event.

Speaking of which, our map nights are still rolling along! Saturday nights at 9:30 pm EST. Come along, get loot, have a great time! Level 90 characters that have all of the zones unlocked are required. Bringing a map is not required but always appreciated.

WoW players are busy making to do/wish lists with the announcement that Shadowlands Season Four will arrive Aug 2nd. Huzzah for long awaited new content, but geeez Blizz, don't you know AIE has other plans that week? Alliance Raid Team, So Let's Go Skating is racing to down Heroic Jailer for the Ahead of the Curve Achievement (GO SLUGS!) while Gustyail and many others are running Mythic Plus dungeons to become Keystone Masters

Wrath is coming closer (surely end of August or beginning of September), so we do have an influx of new players coming in to level this summer.

As a reminder, to attract new players for #10ForWrath, we are giving gold (100) to any new player, to make skills, mount and leveling easy.

Also, Blizzard announced they will be providing a 50% EXP buff before and during the Wrath pre-event. No announced date for that to start yet, but keep an eye out for it.

Sundays and Wednesdays are dungeon days (9-11 EDT), and we all help each other on the 5 man quests and things. We are working on getting 10 to 70 so we can raid Karazhan, and begin to get that #10forWrath synergy going! Our Raid Leader is Shrimpiclese, and we are always ready for new people to come join in the fun of classic!

SWTOR

Flashpoint Fridays update for July: Normally these are on the first Friday of the month, but in July it will on the 15th.

We have Operations Teams running on most nights of the week. If you want to try this type of larger group game play, just hop into discord and ask about it. Our raid leaders are always on the lookout for permanent members and alternates.

MFNs continue to run on Tuesdays nights. BC runs a mix of events, including operations, so there is always something fun to do. In many cases your character can be any level as long as you have your personal ship so that we can summon you. No gear level or experience required.

Also, coming this Tuesday, July 5th, there will be a MFN treasure hunt in SWTOR, check the #swtor channel in AIE Discord for more info on what’s planned.

Late August, we will be getting patch 6.2. What are we getting? New MSQ, new Raid Tier, new gathering Tribe quests, More details on animal crossing island adventures -let your minions run free -farming and animal raising , Variant Dungeons (the easier ones), Criterion Dungeons (difficult dungeons with 2 levels of difficulty), PvP Series 2 (Series is new rewards, season is just for ranking progression), and the best features of all, the glamour dresser in being increased from 400 to 800 items.

For AIE News…

AIE Map Nights, Saturday at 9:30pm EST, are still a popular event. Be a level 90, have access to all of the zones, and loot, prizes, and general merriment will be your reward. We use Level 90, 8-player maps. You do not have to bring a map to join, but if you do wish to bring one for the group to use, we are looking for the Timeworn Kumbhiraskin Treasure Map.

But for those that are not level 90, we are now running non-90 map nights, thanks to Sahja, we will have a group that will be doing other maps found within the previous expansions. Check the AIE discord in the

ffxiv channel to confirm which level maps we will be focusing on that week.

AIE is also hosting Sprout Raids on Thursday nights at 10pm EST. These raids will vary in levels, as we go through all of the 24-player raids in each expansion. So far, we have completed all of the Crystal Tower and the Shadow of Mhach raid series. Currently, we are working on the Dark Apocalypse raid series. Once this series wraps up, we will have the new Endwalker alliance raid to do, and then will wrap back around to the Crystal Tower raid series again.

Cool things the guild has been doing:

- There is an event in game right now where you earn reward boxes of loot for doing things in a group with guildmates so this past Friday was spent roaming though Craglorn killing all the Worldbosses.

- Trials!!! We've bravely gone in to 12 person content with 10-11 people and were successful in both killing bosses and having fun.

- If you are interested in running dungeons for pledges we have two dungeon groups that occasionally need someone to fill in. Check out the Undaunted Enclave channel in Discord for more information.

Things planned or coming up for the guild:

- Next Friday's MFN will be spent once again killing world bosses as group so we can earn more reward boxes during the event.

The Federation colony is still moving along well towards Tier 5.

KDF is closing in on Tier 3 of the dilithium and has started some starbase work.

Thursday night fun night is still happening. We start at 11pm Eastern. And fun nights will be Fed based except for the 3rd Thursday of the month, which we will then explore with our Klingon Defense Force captains.

How far would you go to make the game you are working on sound good? We interviewed Eduard Vaisman, the Bafta Nominated Audio Director for Far Cry at Ubisoft to find out. We talked to him about his wilderness trip seeking sounds, how the sound design was done for Far Cry 6, the difference between sound design for movies and games, and what Eduardo personally was able to bring to the story and themes of the game.

The server merge to Valhalla went smoothly a few weeks back and things are mostly quiet as the community waits for updates and new content to shake things up. We have a handful of players that log in a couple times a week though so if anyone did want to try it out or get something going they can post up in the channel and rally the troops.

Diablo Immortal

The mobile version is out, and is free to play, but is definitely a gacha game, if you value time over money. It takes up 12.5 gb on the iPhone. The PC Version is in Beta and is a direct mobile port. We have created a Clan (max 100 members) and it is named Alea Iacta Est Diabolus. You must be level 30 to join a Clan.

Noob Raid's first cross faction raid happened and was a ton of fun. It was nice to see some former horde members return. We killed 5 bosses which is 2 more than we've ever done in the past.

Team Kiddie Aggro defeated Heroic Jailer in the Sep-ull-cher of the First Ones. They are the first AIE Raid team to get Ahead of the Curve achievement!

WoW Classic

AIE Map Nights, Saturday at 9:30pm EST, are still a popular event. If you are level 90, have access to all of the zones, then loot, prizes, and general merriment will be your reward. We use Level 90, 8-player maps. You do not have to bring a map to join, but if you do wish to bring one for the group to use, we are looking for the Timeworn Kumbhiraskin Treasure Map.

But for those that are not level 90, we are now running non-90 map nights, thanks to Sahja, we will have a group that will be doing level 60 maps found within the Heavensward expansion. On Sundays at 4pm EST, we will be running ‘Timeworn Dragonskin Maps’, which are the 8 player version and have a chance to open up the portals to ‘The Aquapolis’ bonus zone. Since this is level 60 content, this is included in the free trial, so if you have a level 60 character, but haven’t invested any money into the game yet, you are able to join in on the fun and prizes! Super thanks to Sahja for running this event. Join us in 2 weeks for Stormblood and Gazelleskin maps.

AIE is also hosting Sprout Raids on Thursday nights at 10pm EST. These raids will vary in levels, as we go through all of the 24-player raids in each expansion. So far, we have completed all of the Crystal Tower and the Shadow of Mhach raid series. Currently, we are working on the Rabanastre raid series. We have completed The Royal City of Rabanastre and The Ridorana Lighthouse over the past few weeks. We will be moving over to the Obonne Monastery for the final raid of the Rabanastre raid series.

Make It Rain! The Annual Gold Saucer event, “Make it Rain” is back and is providing an extra 50% bonus to all MGP (Manderville Gold Saucer Points. The S in Saucer is silent, I guess.) This bonus applies to all MGP mini-games, such as the Cactpot, Mini-Cactpot, Fashion Contest, and the little skill mini-games in the Gold Saucer or in the AIE FC house. To celebrate the event, we will be running the “Jackpot” buff to increase the bonus by another 10%! To top it off, there’s a new seasonal questline that will reward some new emotes that will be sure to be a hit.

The Division 2 has seen a resurgence with the latest title update 15, and new Season 9: Hidden Alliance season content. New gear, systems, and a game mode: Countdown have drawn a handful of AIE clanmates back into the game.

Lost Ark

The game continues to receive new content, the May update included the new Destroyer class. Many of the guild members are now solidly into tier 3 and completing end-game raid content.

Kiddie Aggro defeated the heroic Ry-gelon in Sepulcher of the First Ones and is currently in an epic battle to rid the Shadowlands of the Jailer before he destroys all of creation.

Alliance Team Hell Froze Over began Heroic Sepulcher this week, downing 2 bosses. Their progression team So Let's Go Skating has Heroic Halon-druss (aka Murder Crab) on the menu tonight. Oh, last minute update, they are currently enjoying those crab cakes!!!

Noob Raid took out one boss in Sepulcher and the weekly world boss. A few more experienced raiders would make a big difference to our scrappy Guild runs. Oh and in case you are wondering, Kini has tanked the floor 75 times so far this year.

Alliance side is also highly active in Mythic Plus runs and we're working to spread some of that to energy to the Horde, with Midnight Mythics 2-3 nights a week. Mythics are a great way to gear and increasingly vital to WoW endgame activities.

More newcomers leveling, joining us before Wrath #10ForWrath

Sunwell Plateau (the last raid of Burning Crusade) is open and its difficulty (it is the un-nerfed version) has surprised many players, used to steamroll the rest of the expansion

Flashpoint Fridays are back! Join Maellung on the first Friday of the month to run the flashpoints of your dreams. Content is tailored to the people who attend and could include taking advantage of things like double xp or completing missions.

May the 4th brought a new companion pet, the P1-XL Probe Droid, and a week of double XP.

We have Ops opportunities on two of our teams. If you want to give Ops a try, give a shout out in discord. Specifically, that would be Albuspuer for TACO (Sunday nights, 7:30-9:30 Central, Imp side) and Balto for Where's the Cantina (Monday nights, 7:30 Central, Pub side).

Living world Season 1 Episode one is happening right now. . And, in case you didn’t know, LWS1 will be free for all forever, since it’s super old content. (also keep that in mind while playing through it, the style of storytelling has evolved so much since this was released).

Currently the guild is working on upgrading the tavern which will allow for better guild wide buffs. We are in need of Empty Kegs, or the materials to craft them, (See Pinned post in discord). We also need bottles of Elonian Wine (or the gold to purchase them), and lots of Elder wood planks, Mithril Bars and Varies Leather Squares.

Jehdai is still looking at getting strikes going once more people get through the story. Mandatory Fun Nights are Mondays at 9:30 eastern, as well as dungeons and more happen monthly.

- Since the anniversary event is over, we've been diving back into 12 person Trials.

- If we only have 9-11 we do one of the easier ones using our companions.

- we had 12 people last week so we decided to go into Cloudrest for the first time and were able to clear it.

The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle comes out June 6 for PC/Mac and June 21 for consoles. High Isle is the newest chapter and we get to dive into the culture of the Bretons with a zone main story, six new delves and world bosses, two new public dungeons, a new trial, two new companions, and a deckbuilding game called Tales of Tribute where you can play against other players and npcs and earn things like furniture and cosmetics. And of course there will be new gear and collectibles. I'm hoping at least one of the new companions won't get upset when you use the Blade of Woe like the two current companions do.

Noob Raid will be checking out Sepulcher of the First Ones in Normal for the 2nd time tonight.

WoW 10.0 - Dragonflight has been announced, with a new 4 zone area, new playable race with it’s own class, a revamped talent tree, dragon riding, and much much more!

WoW Classic

Sunwell (last raid of Burning Crusade) was on PTR, so it will be dropping soon... and the un-nerfed version to start with, so rivers of tears are coming our way, up to the mountaintop of M'uru, the nightmare of all (and true boss of Sunwell).

Nerfed version will come a few weeks/months later, as the un-nerfed is no joke.

Blizzard announced Wrath of the Lich King in 2022 (so surely October or November)

More people are logging in and joining, so we are hopeful to have 10 for Wrath

SWTOR

In SWTOR, we're looking forward to updating to 7.0.2, which will include some fine tuning on new systems and currencies that were new with 7.0. Notably, caps have been raised on the currencies that are the easiest to get. Some of the currencies that were the biggest bottlenecks have been tweaked to drop slightly more often. A big change for PvPers is that losses in war zones will now count toward weekly targets. This will bring conventional PvP more in line with GSF for making progress on Conquest and Galactic Seasons. This update will come on Tuesday this week!

Also... Max and Sema will be doing this week's SEPC tonight after the AIE Podcast (8:30ish central). Showing some SW cosplay and other stuff from PAX East, which is still in progress.

FFXIV

We have added another weekly event, Sprout Raid! This event, which runs Thursdays at 10PM EST, will take the members of AIE through the 24-player raids in the game. The first 3 weeks were a resounding success, completing all 3 of the Crystal Tower Raids.

We will be continuing Sprout Raid in the upcoming weeks, with the next raid on April 28th, going into the Void Ark. This is a level 60 Raid, available at the end of the base Heavensward expansion. Hope to see you there.

The other events, mount farms (Fridays) and Map Nights (Saturdays) are still in play and we'd love to see you there as well.

ESO

Cool things the guild has been doing:

- The last few weeks have been spent taking advantage of the Anniversary event cake and doing the dailies as well as checking out the new Prologue quest for the next Chapter release.

- Trials!!! We've bravely gone in to 12 person content with 10-11 people and were successful in both killing bosses and having fun.

- If you are interested in running dungeons for pledges we have two dungeon groups that occasionally need someone to fill in. Check out the Undaunted Enclave channel in Discord for more information.

Things planned or coming up for the guild:

- Trials on nights we have 12 people online for MFNs and zone clears when we don't.

LOST ARK

Activity in Lost Ark continues to be steady with more than 20-30 players logging in each day. Consolidation into the primary, most progressed, guild of Aie Communitas. If you do not yet have a character in this guild please contact Durus or Dethode for more information. At our current growth we should obtain level 8 by next weekend.

* The new continent of South Vern is available to continue the story of Lost Ark.

* A new martial artist class balancing Glaive and Spear weapons between two different stances: the Glavier.

* The Feiton powerpass is available to progress your character quickly to tier 2 and the continent of Feiton.

* A new system, the Ark Pass, was introduced with varying levels from free to two paid tiers of premium and super premium. Each tier offers different types of rewards like many seasonal passes introduced in other games. The current pass is dubbed "Noble Banquet" and lasts from April 21 to July 14, 2022.

* There are new items in the store, including skins, mounts, and pets.

* Other shiny things.

Daily activities in the guild continue. Do not forget to speak up in-game, in the global chat to group with guildies.

GW2

Living world Season 1 Episode one is happening right now. (I am not sure what the release schedule is for the new [old] content). What I do know is that LWS1 will be free for all forever, since you know its super old content. (also keep that in mind while playing through it, the style of storytelling has evolved so much since this was released).

Currently we are working on upgrading the tavern which will allow us to have better guild wide buffs. We are in need of Empty Kegs, or the materials to craft them, (See Pinned post in discord). We also need bottles of Elonian Wine (or the gold to purchase them), and lots of Elder wood planks, Mithril Bars and Varies Leather Squares.

Jehdai is still looking at getting strikes going once more people get through the story. Mandatory Fun Nights are Mondays at . and dungeons and more happen monthly.

LOTRO

The 15th anniversary event is live and with that Update 33. To celebrate 15 years lotro has some awesome new perks for both free-to-play and VIPs. There are also some limited time account wide gifts to those at least level 2 during the anniversary event to pick up through May 10th. The gifts are for both free-to-play and VIPs. VIPs will get additional account wide gifts.

In WoW Raid team news this week: Noob Raid got their first kills of Kel'Thuzad and Sylvanas, the final bosses of Sanctum Domination. Thanks to the WITT Raid team for their help! Dankinia would like to start on the new Raid - Sepulcher of the First Ones - next week if we can get a full 20 people for LFR. Come join us!

Alliance side team Hell Froze Over is 8/11 Normal in Sepulcher, freeing the dominated King Anduin from the Jailer's grasp. (Dun dun dunnnnnn!)

Behind the Curve and the Filthy Casuals are both 4-11 Normal in Sepulcher. Next target: The Angry Crab.

Our Operations teams have two openings. Where's the Cantina is looking for a DPS on the Republic side on Monday nights at 7:30 Central. TACO is looking for a DPS on the Imperial side on Sunday nights, also at 7:30 Central.

During our MFN on Tuesday nights, we've been working toward Conquest and Galactic Seasons targets. Recently, now that a lot of people have reached the new max level of 80, we have added Operations back into the mix. So far the new scaling has worked out pretty well for us.

We'd like to field a team to go on the Public Test Server to check out the new Operations bosses when they become available again. Keep an eye on discord for when that might be.

ESO

Destiny 2

The Destiny 2 clan is growing and growing. Now that were settled into the Witch queen and The Season of the Risen the clan is working towards that all powerful pinnacle gear cap. We are having Clan Night Tuesdays at 9pm est.

We work on all the weeklies and help clan members if they need help with something specific.

Lost Ark

The Lost Ark Guild has progressed to level 7 and will soon be unlocking the maximum guild shop level for purchasing the most advanced materials for character progression. More than 30 players remain active across the guilds, and many members are advancing into Tier 3 and will be rising to the challenge of the Argos raid very soon. Weekly events for completing Guild Tasks, Abyssal dungeons and Saturday evening LAF'N continue. Now that we've achieved larger capacity in the first guild, we are attempting move players who do not yet have a character in this level 7 guild so they make take advantage of the benefits offered. Contact Durus or one of the officers to help move your characters!

The game is free to play, and we'll take all the help we can get finding that darn Ark!

STO

The fleet has unlocked everything it can at the Starbase including the last construction project of upgrading the transwarp gateway. The latest addition in the unlocks are the elite hangar pets at the space equipment vendor. Which means you can pickup the best hangar pets in game now.

Colony is still moving along quite nicely. All the hard work with the holdings is greatly appreciated.

First Contact Day event had started. The rewards is a A600 synth as a combat pet. (If this sounds a bit odd to you, don't worry it does, to us, as well.)

We have Fleet Fun Night on Thursdays at 11pm Eastern. Nikodas and Grebog host Fleet Action Report live at twitch.tv/grebog every Monday at 11pm Eastern. This next Monday we will be covering the latest event, First Contact Day.

FFXIV patch 6.1 THIS WEEK! Tuesday!

Now, there may be spoilers, so let’s get into the spoiler mood…

All of Eorzea is saved. Zenos is dead. The Scions have disbanded. The Hydaelyn and Zodiark storyline has concluded and the first steps of the new storyline will be starting on Tuesday.

So, now that we have spoiled it all, how we get there is awesome. One of the most satisfying gaming experiences that we have ever had. Seriously. You owe it to yourself to go play it. Seriously.

Thankfully, the game has resumed the free trial and game sales so if you haven’t played it, you can play it. Free trials are capped at level 60, but do include all content from the base game, the 1st expansion, all of the patch content, and jobs from that expansion. That includes the Dark Knight job, which is so well written, it is considered a preview of the current expansion story themes (which was written by the same person, Natsuko Ishikawa).

On Tuesday, we get the next chapter of the FFXIV story. This is like “phase 2” or what happens after Avenger’s Endgame. Fresh stories. We don’t know much about where it is going to go, but we are sure that it will be awesome.epic, and worth playing.
