The New York State Legislature’s 2021 regular session came to a close on June 11. The damage done by the Legislature during the 2021 session was much less significant than the damage done in 2019, when the Legislature passed a series of morally objectionable and ill-advised laws. In this week’s episode we offer a comprehensive review of the recent session.
