In this interview with Nathan, an ex-patriot who is doing real estate investing in Uganda and Azore where I remind him of calling me someday out of the blue with regards to an interview with Dave Pereira and he was amazed by me being allover doing stuff. So he reached out to Dave because he was sending him a referral which he still does when it comes up. He says that Dave used to be his former boss when he used to be in the Mortgage business. He says that he learned a lot from Dave and one thing he learned very specifically from him in regards to building a business was his yellow pad. So Dave had his yellow pad and he would do his little triangles but he tells me a little lesson he learned from him. He taught him a lot even though he was going through some weird stages in his life during that point. He saw Dave Pereira's interview with me and he knows that both of us have run into each other before in passing though being in the same circles in life at that time. He saw what I was doing because when he saw me interviewing Dave and he was amazed that I was in real estate training people in Fall River and that is the reason why he had to reach out. He narrates being in the real estate business for 15 years where he first enrolled in a program in Providence Rhode Island and he started his very business on the streets on Fall River, Somerset, Swansea, Seekonk even in Rhode Island over the years and that's where it all started.

He says that it all started after he graduated from college right after 9/11 and he was in search of a job when the whole market had crapped out on him. His Dad had to book a $14 appointment for a sales interview for knives. He says that what sold him was his sales manager with whom he worked with and learned a lot about sales from her.

Big thanks to local business coach Suzanne Dwyer for giving some great advice for local business owners as well as Investors looking to expand their business!. We talk about how Suzzanne got into coaching coaches, what her plans are and where is she going with this.  She says when all this stuff started happening with Corona, it became apparent that small businesses were being left out and she didn't like it whatsoever. What she ended up doing was kind of jumped onto that really quickly and started offering strategy sessions for free which she discussed with me. Instead of charging $ 59 dollars, she gave those seats away to business owners and they kept asking her if she had a class that they could take. She had already something that she had well defined like something she had set up might be a baking course but she realized a couple of different things and had to tweak it immediately and push it down to 8 weeks instead of 16 weeks and she needed to make it more interactive. So they jumped half the time but they were getting 16 lessons in 8 weeks, they were still getting the same content though it was broken down so differently. So she automated a lot of it as well and simplified it, so the way she set it up, she needs more coaches and what she is doing now is that she is bringing in more coaches and she is certifying them under her brand.

Trent Reynalds Has Done Everything & Now He Owns A Convention Center and is getting ready to ramp up his offerings as a Real Estate Coach! Trent has moved into the commercial real estate market in Denver and is closing up a few large transactions before re-evaluating the direction to take his business in. Trent talks about what he has and provides in his coaching program which is an 8-week module program where he kinda goes over the full spectrum i.e the mindset, business formation, and everything related to it, wholesaling, fix and flips and Short term and long term rentals and trainees can transfer that knowledge into commercial if they want. He also says that his market is in Denver and he has been buying commercial real estate. He kept a couple of rentals in Denver, has a convention center up in the mountains, and hopes to buy another commercial building. Other than that he bought apartment buildings elsewhere and doesn't really think he is going to too much in there.

Regina Rosa Celeste The Conscious Real Estate Yoga-Mindfulness-Travel-Mindset-Speaker-Coach-Author. She has done it all including building a solid brand for herself in her local real estate market. We discuss how she got into real estate, what she is doing now, and where she is going because the last time we spoke, she considered herself the flexible realtor/yoga realtor. She says that for a long time she has been separating everything because she thought she couldn't bring the two together and people were telling her that she had to pick one i.e that she can't be a realtor and then do yoga, meditation, and then coach at the same time. She recalls an excellent coach that teaches Linkedin and works with high-end clients who told her that she can do it though it would take her a little longer. She was the first person that actually believed that it was possible for her and she was like you create whatever you want which is basically the truth. She says that most of her coaching clients come to her through real estate and a lot of them want to learn yoga and it is interesting that now it is a full circle, coming together with a lot of fun and it is working.

Regina offers 3 pieces of advice to young people who have just finished college and high school and are starting out to succeed.

1) - Get a mentor to lead you in the right direction.

2) - Stop thinking about it and just do it.

3) - Remember to have fun.

He says that it all started when he lost a board game called Risk: Game of Global Domination. He says that it is the monopoly of real estate investors. He turned on the TV and he saw his first infomercial called Buy Real Estate Pennies on a Dollar. He talks about putting 3 credit cards to raise money for a $6000 Bootcamp where he learned a lot of stuff though it didn't teach him how to execute. He says that the boot camp taught him a lot of stuff including reading Rich Dad Poor Dad which help him change his way of life and thinking.

In this interview with Manny Lopez, we discuss how he got started with teaching, training, coaching, speaking, and motivating people with their stress and move into a place with abundance. He says that he started way back in 2007 where it had really pivoted for him and had joined a company, his son was just born and he had to stop juggling some sales jobs. So he started putting his roots into a company and started thinking about moving up the corporate ladder. When he joined the company, someone heard him talking about him wanting to become a manager, manage a team. Fortunately, that someone tells him that is his specialties and he promised to mentor him. At the time Manny didn't have a clue about being a mentor meant. Going forward, his mentor instilled in him those concepts like being too blessed to be stressed, live to inspire, capture the leaders, capture the market. Basically, he [his mentor] taught him what it takes to have a mentor, understand entrepreneurship, and build his own business.

In this interview with James Simoes an entrepreneur from Fall River, MA, we talk about what he has been working on. He says that a lot has changed for him with regards to working though he is doing a little bit of traveling. Before James talking about what he has been to, he asks me if I have an archive of where all these videos go. I tell him that I keep them on my mind map and from the mind map, I know where they will go. Actually, one video creates like 55 pieces of content and they're spread across various social media channels. I further explain to him that the main big one in its unedited form first hits youtube, then crosses over anchor.fm for the podcast, then in a blog post form in WordPress. It is then copied to bigger pockets blog then shared over social media platforms like Facebook and Linkedin. James commends me for the good work and being legit and also offers himself to help in any way because he has a tech background. He says that what is working on right now is to help people succeed and he is grateful for the partnership he has made recently that things are coming to fruition. He says that there are many different ways of doing it like through real estate, clean energy, alternative energy, and infrastructure improvements that connect the south to Boston.
