Hilary Spires is a former corporate sales manger turned entrepreneur. She’s combined her passion for business and fitness and jumped into her own venture full time. She is currently splitting her time between her online running coach business Rugged Conditioning and as a personal trainer in a local studio in Western Canada.

She strives to spread her love of movement to as many people as possible. Her specialty lies in helping people achieve bucket list goals they didn’t they could. She loves every aspect of coaching people to conquer their first race, but specifically the physical and mental toughness needed to get through the big endurance events. Her athletic career includes playing hockey for for the NWHL and the NCAA. Since leaving the competitive hockey world she discovered running and racing and has participated in countless road and trail races including a 100 mile run and the Ironman triathlon.
