Roger Hance may have the most diverse resume in real estate today, over a 4-decade career.
After a very successful sales career, he built a trend-setting, 14-office company (RR Gable), pioneered real estate technology, built homes, and consulted in opening numerous real estate, mortgage, and escrow companies, including his own high-tech, multi-office escrow company (Escrow Technologies).
Roger has also coached and mentored hundreds of real estate professionals, including many of the highest producing sales professionals and managers in real estate today.
Roger has been President of the Southland Regional Associations of Realtors, with 10,000 members, a director of the California Association of Realtors, and Director of numerous other associations. His willingness to serve the industry is well known.
Among Roger’s tech creations included: the first real estate CRM system, Office Management software, Escrow processing software, and he was the first to ever integrate multiple MLS systems into a single database.
All to support his determined focus on a “client-first” model. Roger has become an industry “thought leader,” and advocate for change to address issues detailed in the NAR DANGER Report, which identifies 50 threats and challenges facing the real estate industry.
His most recent efforts on this topic include hosting a leading real estate podcast (The Ambitious Broker) and launching an elite, all-broker professional association (BrokerInTrust) to help raise the lagging standards in the industry. In summary,
Roger has become an “Advocate For Career Oriented Real Estate Professionals”. His goal to both raise and enforce those standards in the industry in a way that will allow true professionals to achieve “Trusted Advisor” status with their clients (just like Lawyers, CPA’s and Financial Planners are today).
