Well, today on the podcast, we have Laura on to talk all things bodywork.

Laura practices as a trauma- informed bodyworker and is fully devoted to holistic health.

She incorporates old ways with modern approaches, respecting the principles that no one bodily system works alone, that the mind and the energetics are constantly informing the body and vice versa.

To facilitate this process, whether it be pain relief, a ‘coming home’ or a transformation, Laura uses breathwork in most sessions to encourage a release, and for chronic conditions will follow the somatic conversation if the individual is open to it.

Laura is holding monthly women's circles on the Northern Beaches and will begin breathwork workshops in the new year. You can find more of her insight on her Substack 'the Slow'.
