Yesterday Kim testified at the state capitol concerning the attempt to clone California emission standards here in Colorado.
Producer Steve demonstrates one of the ways in which California emission standards make no real sense for Colorado (they don't make much sense for California either).
Colorado government is stepping outside of the proper role of government with this attempt to bring in these emission standards.
These standards would limit the freedom of individuals.
That is it would limit freedom of mobility for individuals.
Joining Kim is Giuliana Day.
Giuliana Day is a Peruvian immigrant who is concerned greatly about Colorado House Bill 19-1032.
HB19-1032 is titled as, Comprehensive Human Sexuality Education.
This bill would force an ideology and greatly limit, or even eliminate, a parents moral influence on their children concerning sexuality.

House Bill 191032 concerns new sex education in Colorado public schools.
This bill forces a very specific view concerning sex education and takes parental choice from parents.
Kim and Cassie discuss the current Denver public school teachers strike.
The teachers and the teacher union would like us to believe this strike is about pay, but it looks more like it is about bonuses.
Back to the sex education bill.
Kim asked for the curriculum and was told that the curriculum does not exist yet.
