In episode 1 of 2, we hear the version of events as presented by the Lutz family, and the supernatural evil that they encountered during their short stay at 112 Ocean Avenue.

In next weeks show, we take a look at how the story holds up to scrutiny, and what, if anything, can be explained rationally.
