Penn State Football and Basketball Scout Josh Davis analyzes the PSU - Maryland game last weekend and goes over some Drew Allar and of course the defense. Then he previews and predicts the Rutgers game in Piscataway this weekend, before talking about the Butler and Furman wins for Penn State basketball earlier this week. Football Week 9, Basketball Week 1.

Head Coach Micah Shrewsberry is about to begin year number 2 at Penn State, and he has a new look team with one of his own recruits Kebba Njie. The Nittany Lions start off their season with home games against Winthrop and Loyola MD. For PSU football the team heads to Bloomington for the first time since their overtime loss there in 2020, but this time they should come home with a big W. Hopefully Sean Clifford can forget about his 4 turnover game against Ohio State and get the team rolling again to finish the year strong.
