A new meal is served as Marcus takes the host seat again. This time they assign the first 10 episodes of Dungeon Meshi/Delicious in Dungeon. Will the squad think this anime is delectable? Or will it leave a bad taste in their mouths?

K-On! hit it's 15th anniversary as of April, so Nick decided it was time to dust off the classic cute girls doing cute things/slice of life anime and see how Marcus and Dan would handle an older show where they are not the target audience.
First random roll of the new season! Surprisingly, it wasn't a Dan roll! This time the weebs watch the first 13 episodes of the 2004 anime Planetes. Have the dice gods been kind or cruel? Will The crew think this show is out of this world, or just another piece of junk floating around?

For this episode Dan is assigning the 2024 manhwa adaptation, Solo Leveling. Coming in with a massive amount of hype does Solo Leveling deliver? Do we come to hail the new king or does it get an unexpected crown?

It's a new season! To kick of season 2 of the podcast, Marcus is back in the host chair and assigns the first 11 episodes of Golden Kamuy! How will Dan and Nick feel about the show? Will our hosts feel like they've struck gold? Or will this experience be as painful as getting skinned?

Our first year is in the books, so we take a quick break for another Extra Credits episode. This time, we celebrate wrapping up our "first season" and then have a long discussion about the good and very bad from the Crunchyroll Awards. Let us know what you think of some of our answers, and some questions you want us to answer in future Extra Credits episodes.
Nick is offering a bit of a penance for his previous sins of assigning 100 Girlfriends, and breaks of the big guns with the current top rated show on MAL in Frieren.
For episode 43 Marcus is once again the arbiter, and for the first time assigns an anime that’s still airing! This week Dan and Nick have to watch the first 10 episodes of the VRMMO anime Shangri-la Frontier. Will they think this title belongs in the trash? Or will they think it’s a AAA god tier title?
