This week I talk to the incredible Damy Redmond. Damy's lovely mum, Marian, was diagnosed with cancer in 2018, and he tells us about that tough journey with her. Damy speaks openly and honestly about how hard that journey was and the aftermath of dealing with grief. Like his mum, Damy has a brilliant sense of humor, so we laugh a lot along the way.

They say cancer will affect half of us in this lifetime, so if you are going through it, know a friend going through it, or just want to raise your own awareness around the topic, then this podcast is for you.

This week I am joined by Irish apprentice star, Maura Rath.  Maura joined the cast of the apprentice for series, 18 and found herself on the winning team on a fair few occassions.  Maura brought so much energy and joy to our screens and she gives me all the apprentice goss.

Maura is busy building her yoga empire, we discuss the ups and downs of being an entrepreneur and some setbacks she has had a along the way.  She also talks to us about her egg freezing journey!
