  (Pressure, guilt, unrealistic expectations)

• What do I need more of next week?
  (Rest, structure, boundaries, support, simplicity)

As a coach, I also deal with overwhelmed, imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and stress. The key is not to dwell on it and move on as soon as I can, but it is easier if I have help.
