The Art of Expansion episodes

  • Commitment Over Motivation

This episode is perfect for two different kinds of people. Maybe you're ready to get a head start on 2026 and want to actually stick to your goals and visions for the year. Or maybe you're feeling a lot of pressure. Like there's so much you should do or have to do... and being consistent with you goals doesn't feel very fun or doable anymore.

In this episode, I break down why motivation is good, but it's not the thing that's gonna get you through the hard part. Instead, commitment will.

I walk you through how to pick a compelling why to help you develop more commitment, so it's easier to stick to the things that matter most to you.

I purposefully crafted this conversation as partially a wake up call that you don't need more motivation, but mostly as a reminder that it doesn't matter how much you do. What matters is who you are being, who you are becoming, and the deeper reason why it matters so much to you.

Thanks for listening! Want help figuring out your why? Send me a message on IG and I am happy to help :)

  • Behind the Scenes: A Coaching Call on Guilt and Saying No

Do you ever feel guilty when you say no? Or feel responsible for how someone else reacts when you set a boundary?

If so, this episode is for you.

In this behind-the-scenes coaching call, I work with one of my clients as she navigates guilt, people-pleasing, and the pressure to take care of everyone’s emotions except her own. Together, we walk through a real situation where she felt guilty for saying no, and untangle what that guilt actually meant.

You’ll hear us explore how to take responsibility for your emotions and desires, and let go of the false belief that you can control other people's emotions.

If you enjoyed this conversation, I want to invite you to sign up for the 12 Days of Coaching!

Coming the first 2 weeks of December 2025, there will be daily opportunities to sign up for a coaching session on many different topics, all for FREE.

This is my gift to you. Thank you for listening! Make sure to check my Instagram account every day if you'd like to snag a session!

  • Navigating Family During the Holidays

The holidays can be the best time of year… until the pressure hits.

Family expectations, comments about your life, conversations you didn’t ask for, resentment, food guilt, feeling like you “should” do everything... it can get overwhelming fast.

This episode breaks it all down into one simple skill that changes everything:

    Owning your choices.

I'll teach you how self-responsibility helps you:

    • Stop reacting negatively to comments and conversations you don't want to have

    • Say yes or no without guilt

    • Set boundaries with love

    • Drop the resentment and pressure

    • And strengthen your relationship with those that matter most

If you want a holiday season with less stress and more connection, this episode is for you.

    • Stop Hiding, Start Shining

Have you ever felt like you’ve been dimming your light? Wanting to be yourself, but not feeling safe to let go? In this episode, I talk about how our past experiences shape who we think we’re allowed to be, and how those old stories might be keeping you way below your potential.

I’ll walk you through a powerful analogy that’ll help you see your own power in letting go of what’s been weighing you down, so you can actually shine again.

This one’s all about becoming you again. The one with the gifts, desires, and strengths the world actually needs.

If you’ve been wanting to step up, speak up, or simply stop hiding, this episode is for you.

    • Better Problems, Having Fun, and Identity Shifts

In this episode, I share some off-the-cuff thoughts about what it means to grow, have fun, and stop getting caught up in the small stuff. I talk about “better problems,” the kind that come from having bigger goals and a clear vision, and how that focus helps keep perspective in both life and relationships. You’ll also hear about the importance of letting things be fun and easy instead of forced, and how identity shifts are simply a part of becoming the next version of yourself. It’s honest, lighthearted, and full of those reminders you didn’t know you needed.

    • The Real Reason You're Stuck in Comparison

Ever catch yourself comparing your life, your body, or your success to someone else’s and then judging yourself for it? In this episode, I break down why comparison is a normal part of being human, and how to stop letting it keep you stuck. You’ll learn what’s really underneath comparison, how to use it as a tool for clarity instead of self-criticism, and practical ways to shift from judgment to curiosity so you can finally get out of the spiral and back into your own lane.

    • How To Stop Overthinking Spirals

If you’ve ever found yourself stuck in your own head, spinning in what if, I don’t know, or why did I say that, you’re not alone.

In this episode, we’re breaking down the three most common types of overthinking spirals and why it even happens in the first place.

You’ll learn three specific solutions for each of the types of overthinking (plus one bonus one) to help you stop the spiral and start taking action again.

    • Permission to Want More

When’s the last time someone asked what you want, and you actually knew the answer?

So many women have learned to downplay their desires in the name of being grateful, responsible, or realistic. But what if wanting more isn’t selfish, but one of the most selfless things you can do?

✨ In this episode, you’ll learn:

      • Why reconnecting with your desires is powerful and blesses everyone around you
      • The ways you’ve been taught to disconnect from your desires that aren't serving you

      • How your wants act as a compass to guide you toward a more fulfilling, purposeful life

      • Why confusion often feels safer than clarity (and how to move past it)

      • A simple, powerful exercise to help you start honoring what you truly want today

If you’ve ever caught yourself saying, “I should just be grateful for what I have,” or feeling a little directionless or stuck in life, this episode is your permission slip to want more.

      • How to Say No Without Feeling like a Bad Person

Here’s the truth: saying no is hard for a lot of women because we tend to tie our worth to how much we do and how happy we can make everyone else. But if you are always trying to prove your worth by how much you do or by how other people perceive you... it will never be enough.

In this episode, I break down the misconceptions that make saying no so hard, plus two pieces of advice that aren’t actually helping. Then I’ll share a list of practical ways and mindset shifts that make saying no easier, so you can protect your energy and focus on what actually matters most to you.

You'll find saying no isn't as black and white as it seems, and when you root yourself in your true identity and worth, knowing when to say no, or yes, gets a whole lot easier.
