Adi Jaffe is is a nationally recognized expert on mental health, addiction, relationships and shame. He was a UCLA lecturer in the Psychology department at UCLA for the better part of a decade and was the Executive-Director and Co-Founder of one of the most progressive mental health treatment facilities in the country - until he started IGNTD, which is a company whose goal is to help others level up every facet of their lives, including relationships, career, and well-being. Although Adi is an expert now, he was once a heavy meth dealer and user who was at one time facing 10+ years in prison, but as you'll hear in this powerful episode, he was able to turn this pain into healing, and now he is helping others do the same. He is also the author of the book, "The Abstinence Myth".
In this episode, Adi and I discuss how he went from being a meth user and dealer to a leader in the personal development industry, the three step process to radically transform your life, and how to overcome shame.
