A little over a year ago, I was introduced to a new concept: The Power of Acknowledgment.
Little did I know that It would take me on a life changing course which included a trip to New York City (I had never been there before), meeting the CEO of the International Institute for learning, E. LaVerne Johnson, and being introduced to the Author of such books as The Power of Acknowledgment and Grateful Leadership, Judith W. Umlas.
It is Judith's passion and commitment to evangelizing the Power of Acknowledgment that has brought me to become a member of the Center for Grateful Leadership and a regular contributor to the group.
Last summer, I had the honor of having Judy on my Production Line podcast to discuss what got her started on the topic of Acknowledgment and relate some of her stories.
