Today we're talking with Leah DeShay, IBCLC about her experiences learning the art of virtual mentorship. Not only has Leah been conducting virtual visits with patients and clients years before many of us were forced to, she has also developed systems for mentoring interns virtually as well.

While some have felt it daunting to get into the virtual consult world, Leah shows us it’s not only possible to hold appointments online but to even mentor others to do the same.
